by the fourth section of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, doth hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the Hobson County, in trust, for landing purposes.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 5 acres, more or less, being Section No. 6, Block VII, Maungaru Survey District, commencing at a point 553858·8 links north and 327179 links west of Mount Eden. Bounded towards the north-east by the abutment of a public road 100 links wide and (O.L.C. 239) grant to Messrs. Walton and Elmsley, 730 links; towards the south-east and south-west by the aforesaid grant, 1000 and 430·7 links respectively; and towards the north-west by the Wairoa River to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 5411/7, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Vesting Portion of a Reserve in the Linton Public Hall Society (Incorporated).

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this ninth day of January, 1911.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto forms portion of a reserve heretofore duly set apart for a site for a town hall and mechanics’ institute:
And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor, it is expedient to vest the said land in the Linton Public Hall Society (Incorporated):
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by the fourth section of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, doth hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the land described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Linton Public Hall Society (Incorporated), in trust, for a site for a town hall and mechanics’ institute.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 rood, more or less, being portion of Section No. 193, Town of Linton. Bounded towards the north-west by Section No. 193, Town of Linton, 250 links; towards the north-east by a public road, 100 links; towards the south-east by Section No. 194 of the said town, 250 links; and towards the south-west by Section No. 193 of the said town, 100 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 8209/5, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this ninth day of January, 1911.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on him by section twenty, paragraphs (a) and (b), of the Dairy Industry Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint the Port of Timaru to be a port at which dairy-produce may lawfully be exported from the Dominion, and doth hereby appoint the buildings in the occupation of the South Canterbury Cold Storage and Produce Distributing Company (Limited), at Timaru, to be a store for the storage, cooling, or freezing of dairy-produce; and it is hereby declared that this Order in Council shall come into force from and after the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Defining the Purpose of a Reserve in the Town of New Plymouth.
ISLINGTON, Governor.
WHEREAS the provisions and requirements of the seventh section of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, have been duly complied with in respect of the land described in the Schedule hereto: And whereas notices in the Gazette have been duly published for four consecutive weeks, and laid before Parliament, as provided by the said section of the said Act: And whereas no resolution of either House of Parliament has been passed that such House does not concur in the intention declared in any such notice:
Now, therefore, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Act aforesaid, do hereby define the specific purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto to be a site for a drill-shed.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 24·6 perches, more or less, being parts of Sections Nos. 845, 859, and 860, Town of New Plymouth. Bounded towards the north-west by part of Section No. 845 and part of Section No. 860, Town of New Plymouth, 99·1 links; towards the north-east by part of Section No. 860 aforesaid, 155·05 links; towards the south-east by Gill Street, 99·1 links; and towards the south-west by Kawau Street, 155·05 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 7425/11, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this second day of January, one thousand nine hundred and eleven.

Changing the Purpose of a Portion of a Reserve in the Wellington Land District.
