All that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 1,266 acres and 20 perches, more or less, being Sections Nos. 100, 104, 105, 106, 107, 108, 109A, 206, 285, and part of 96, Hutt District; as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 5907/6A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered blue. Acquired by His Majesty as a public reserve for the purposes of a rifle range. All that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 rood 20 perches, more or less, being Section No. 1, Block I, Rimutaka Survey District (formerly portion of Section No. 96, Hutt District). Bounded towards the north-west by the main Hutt Road, 150 links; towards the north-east by Section No. 96, Hutt District, 250 links; towards the south-east by the Trentham Rifle Range Reserve, 150 links; and towards the south-west by a road, 250 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 5907/29, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. Site for a rifle range.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this second day of January, one thousand nine hundred and eleven.

Changing the Purpose of a Reserve in Block VIII, Westerfield Survey District, Canterbury Land District.

ISLINGTON, Governor.

WHEREAS the provisions and requirements of the seventh section of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, have been duly complied with in respect of the land described in the first column of Schedule hereto: And whereas notices in the Gazette have been duly published for four consecutive weeks, and laid before Parliament, as provided by the said section of the said Act: And whereas no resolution of either House of Parliament has been passed that such House does not concur in the intention declared in any such notice:

Now, therefore, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Act aforesaid, do hereby change the specific purpose of the reserve described in the first column of the Schedule hereto from that named therein to that named in the second column of the said Schedule.

All that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 28 acres, more or less, being Reserve 1928 (in red), situated in Block VIII, Westerfield Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west by Reserve 1620 and Reserve 3822; towards the north-east and south-east by the high bank of the north branch of the River Ashburton; towards the south by Rural Section 32425; and towards the south-west by a road-line: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 5403/5A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. Reserved for Government purposes in New Zealand Gazette No. 84, of the 11th October, 1877. River - conservation.

All that area in the Hawke's Bay Land District, containing by admeasurement 5 acres, more or less, being Section No. 8, Block VI, Waipukurau Survey District, Argyll Settlement. Bounded towards the north-west and north-east by Section No. 3, Block VI, Waipukurau Survey District; towards the south-east by a public road; and towards the south-west by the Hampden-Waipawa Road: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 19265/465, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. Reserved for a creamery - site in New Zealand Gazette No. 90, of the 10th November, 1904. All that area in the Hawke's Bay Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 roods, more or less, being Section No. 9, (formerly portion of Section No. 8), Block VI, Waipukurau Survey District, Argyll Settlement, and bounded as follows: Commencing at the south-east corner of Section No. 8, Block VI, Waipukurau Survey District, and proceeding thence in a north-westerly direction along the north-eastern boundary of the said section, a distance of 250 links; thence south-westerly along a line bearing 238ยฐ 22', a distance of 200 links; thence south-easterly along a line bearing 148ยฐ 23', a distance of 250 links, to a public road, and by the said road to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid bearings and linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 19265/465 deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red. Site for a public library and hall.
