Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Whakarongarua No. 2A Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaikohe, on Monday, the 5th day of December, 1910, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :-

“That the said land be sold to Ralph Davison, of Kaikohe, at a price equal to the present Government valuation of the land.”

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Te Awaroa No. 1A No. 2B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kohukohu, Hokianga, on Wednesday, the 7th day of December, 1909, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :-

“That the said land be sold to Randal C. Yarborough at a price equal to the present Government valuation of the land.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Wairere No. 2F Section 3 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kohukohu, Hokianga, on Wednesday, the 7th day of December, 1910, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :-

“That the said land be leased to the Union Box and Packing-case Company (Limited) for a term of seven years, with a right to fell and remove timber at a royalty of 6d. per 100 superficial feet.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tauhei No. 7B Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at the Courthouse, Ngaruawahia, on Thursday, the 1st day of December, 1910, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :-

“That the said land be sold to C. Pilkington, of Orini, for the amount of the present Government valuation, for the purpose of paying survey liens owing by the Native owners thereof on other portions of the Tauhei Block owned by them.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Allotment 471, Parish of Whangamarino, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at the Courthouse, Ngaruawahia, on Thursday, the 1st day of December, 1910, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :-

“That 170 acres of the said land be sold to Frank Storey for the sum of £3 5s. per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Te Akau B No. 9 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at the Courthouse, Ngaruawahia, on Thursday, the 1st day of December, 1910, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :-

“That 600 acres of the said land be sold to Mere Wetere, and a similar area to Hera Kingi, for the sum of £4 10s. per acre in each case.”
