Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION NO. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Lot 5, Parish of Matata, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rotorua, on Thursday, the 8th day of December, 1910, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“That the said land be leased to Harry Robert Burt, of Matata, farmer, for a period of twenty-one years at an annual rental of £25; or, in the alternative, that the said land be sold to the said Harry Robert Burt.”

Dated at Rotorua, this 1st day of November, 1910.

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION NO. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Papahaoa Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Raukokore, Opotiki, on Saturday, the 3rd day of December, 1910, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“That the said land be leased to J. H. D. Rutledge for a period of thirty years, with the right of renewal for a further period of twenty years, at an annual rental of 1s. 6d. per acre for the first twenty years, and 2s. per acre for the next ten years; and for the renewal term of £5 per centum of the unimproved value of the said land at the end of the said first term of thirty years.”

REGULATION NO. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Orete No. 2 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Raukokore, Opotiki, on Saturday, the 3rd day of December, 1910, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“That portion of the said block be leased to J. H. D. Rutledge, and that a further portion of the said block be leased to William R. Rutledge: both leases to be for a period of thirty years, with the right of renewal for a further period of twenty years, at an annual rental of 1s. per acre for the first ten years, 1s. 6d. per acre for the second ten years, and 2s. per acre for the third ten years; and for the renewal term of £5 per centum per annum of the unimproved value of the said land at the end of the first term of thirty years.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tokitoki Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Russell, on Thursday, the 1st day of December, 1910, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“That the said land be sold to Walter Birch, of Whangaruru, for the sum of sixty-five pounds (£65).”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tutaematai A Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Russell, on Thursday, the 1st day of December, 1910, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“That the said land be sold to George Joseph Picken, of Whangaruru, for the sum of £1 per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Manukarere B No. 1 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kawakawa, on Saturday, the 3rd day of December, 1910, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“That the said land be sold to Horace Dorset Eccles, of Kawakawa, Medical Practitioner, at a price equal to the present Government valuation of the land.”

REGULATION NO. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Motatau No. 4k will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kawakawa, on Saturday, the 3rd day of December, 1910, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“That the said land be leased to John Alexander Lindesey Hall, of Kawakawa, for a term of twenty-one years at a rental of £111 per annum.”

REGULATION NO. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Te Karawa No. 3g will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaikohe, on Monday, the 5th day of December, 1910, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“That the said land be sold to Arthur Thayer Close, of Te Ahuahu, Farmer, for the sum of £9 per acre.”
