Waitoa Drainage District, comprising the whole of such western subdivision, being all that area to the south-west of the centre-line of No. 7 road, being the original subdivisional sections of the Waitoa Estate, Nos. 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 37A, 38A, 38, 39, 40, 41, and 42, together with the Westport Village site, the block Waihongi Tatuhaua, and parts of Te Kahia and Tatua Haua No. 1; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the 1st day of February in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty-six years and a half, or until the loan is fully paid off.
The above resolutions were duly adopted as and for special orders at a special meeting of the Waitoa Drainage Board held on the 10th day of September, 1910, and were duly confirmed at an ordinary meeting of the said Board held on the 15th day of October, 1910.

Special Order making Special Rate for Repayment of Loan of £23,610.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1908, the Greymouth Borough Council hereby resolves as follows: That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £23,610, authorized to be raised by the Greymouth Borough Council, under the above-mentioned Act, for the following purposes, viz.:

the said Greymouth Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of 1½d. in the pound sterling upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the Borough of Greymouth; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable half-yearly on the 1st day of April and the 1st day of October in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty-six years and a half, or until the loan is fully paid off.
Made by special order passed at a special meeting of the Council of the Borough of Greymouth held on the 29th day of September, 1910; and confirmed at a subsequent meeting of the said Council held on the 27th day of October, 1910; and sealed with the common seal of the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Greymouth in the presence of—

THE following special order, made by the Roxburgh Borough Council, is published in accordance with the provisions of the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1908.

BOROUGH OF ROXBURGH.
Special Order making Special Rate.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1908, public notice is hereby given that the Roxburgh Borough Council hereby resolves as follows: That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £600, authorized to be raised by the Roxburgh Borough Council, under the provisions of the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1908, for the purpose of increasing the water-supply and bringing in water from Laurel Creek, the said Roxburgh Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of 6d. in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property in the borough; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the 31st day of March in each and every year until the loan is fully paid off.
I hereby certify that the above special order was duly made and passed at a special meeting of the Roxburgh Borough Council on the 6th day of October, 1910, and confirmed at a special meeting of the Roxburgh Borough Council held on the 3rd day of November, 1910.
