Bounded on the north by the Taheke Riding, proceeding eastwards from Section 24, Block XII, Waoku. On
the east by the road boundary with the Bay of Islands
County, Blocks XVI, Punakitere, IV and VIII, Tutamoe,
and part Block V, Mangakahia, to the intersection with
3590, Pareotane, Block V, Mangakahia, aforesaid. On
the south by a straight line from Pareotane to Tutamoe
Trig. No. 43. On the west by a straight line from the
aforesaid Tutamoe Trig. to intersection with the Taheke
Riding at the starting-point south-eastern boundary of Sec-
tion 24, Block XII, Waoku.
The above resolution was duly passed as a special order
at a special meeting of the Hokianga County Council held
on Thursday, the 14th day of July, 1910, and confirmed
at a subsequent ordinary meeting of the said Council held
on Tuesday, the 6th day of September, 1910.
The common seal of the body corporate called the Chairman,
Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of
Hokianga was hereunto affixed in the presence of—

SPECIAL ORDER LEVYING SPECIAL RATE.
RESOLVED that, in pursuance and in exercise of the powers
vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies' Loans
Act, 1908, the Oakura Road Board hereby resolves as
follows: That, for the purpose of providing the interest
and other charges on a loan of £600, authorized to be
raised by the Oakura Road Board, under the above-men-
tioned Act, for the purpose of erecting a bridge over the
Kiri River and approaches, the said Oakura Road Board
hereby makes and levies a special rate of 2½d. in the pound
upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the
Kiri Road Special Rating District, comprising Sections
Lot 4, part 170, Block I, Egmont; Lot 2, part 170, Block I,
Egmont; Lot I, part 170, Block I, Egmont; Lot 5, part
170, Block I, Egmont; Lot 6, part 170, Block I, Egmont;
Lot 7, part 170, Block I, Egmont; and in the Survey Dis-
trict of Taranaki: and that such special rate shall be an
annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan,
and be payable half-yearly on the 1st January and the 1st
July of each year during the currency of such loan, being
a period of thirty-six years and a half, or until the loan
is fully paid off.
I hereby certify that the above special order has been

MOA ROAD BOARD.
Special Order in re £60 Loan, being 10 per Cent. Addi-
tional on £600 Loan for Egmont Road North.
THAT, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in
it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1908, and
the New Zealand State-guaranteed Advances Act, 1909,
the Moa Road Board hereby resolves as follows: That, for
the purpose of providing the interest and other charges
on a loan of £60, being 10 per cent. additional on a loan
of £600 authorized to be raised by consent of the rate-
payers interested, under the above-mentioned Acts, for
the purpose of forming and metalling the Egmont Road
north from the Junction Road northwards, the said Moa
Road Board hereby makes and levies a special rate of
1/10 of a penny in the pound upon the rateable value of
all rateable property of the Egmont Road North Special
Rating District, comprising Sections 46, 47 (in two sub-
divisions), part 50, 58, 59, part 60, Subdivisions 1, 2, 3, 4,
part of part Subdivision 5, of Section 61, Block X, Par-
tutu Survey District (Hua and Waiwaikaiho Hundred);
1–5, 11–15, 21–25, 31–35, 41–45, 51–55, 63–65, 73–75, 90,
91, 97, 98, 104, 105, 88, 89, 95, 96, 6–10, 16–20, 26–30, 36–40,
46–50, 56–60, 66–70, 76–80, 92, 93, 99, 100, 106, 107, 102,
103, of Section 62, Block III, Egmont Survey District
(Hua and Waiwaikaiho Hundred), Egmont Village: and
that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate
during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly
on the 1st day of August in each and every year during
the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty-six
years and a half, and the interest to be paid at the rate
of 4½ per centum per annum, or until the loan is fully
paid off.
I hereby certify that the above special order was duly
passed in accordance with the Road Boards Act, 1908, at
a special meeting of the Moa Road Board held on the 2nd
day of July, 1910, and confirmed at a subsequent meeting
held on the 20th day of August, 1910.

Drainage Board, is published in accordance with the
provisions of the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1908.

WAITOA DRAINAGE BOARD.
Special Order No. 1.
In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by
section 15 of the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1908, and with
the consent of the ratepayers of the western subdivision
of the Waitoa Drainage District, testified by a petition
signed by not less than three-fourths of the ratepayers
in the said subdivision, the capital values of whose pro-
erties as appearing on the valuation roll of the said
subdivision is collectively greater than the capital values
of the properties of the ratepayers who do not so con-
sent, the Waitoa Drainage Board hereby resolves by way
of special order as follows: That, for the purpose of con-
struction of drainage-works in the western subdivision of
the Waitoa Drainage District, the said Board hereby
authorizes the raising from the New Zealand State-guaran-
teed Advances Office Superintendent of a loan of £3,000
at 3½ per cent., being with prescribed half-yearly instal-
ments £4 17s. 6d. per annum, for a period of thirty-six
years and a half; and declares that the cost of raising
the loan and the interest for the first year shall be paid
thereout.
Special Order No. 2.
In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in
that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1908, the
Waitoa Drainage Board hereby resolves by way of special
order as follows: That, for the purpose of providing the
interest and other charges on a loan of £3,000, authorized
to be raised by the said Board, under the above-mentioned
Act, for the purpose of construction of drainage-works in
the western subdivision of the Waitoa Drainage District,
the Waitoa Drainage Board hereby makes and levies a
special rate of 1½d. in the pound upon the rateable value
of all rateable property of the western subdivision of the
