IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND, WELLINGTON
DISTRICT, PALMERSTON NORTH REGISTRY.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908; and in the
matter of the Palmerston North Sash and Door and
Timber Company (Limited), now being wound up volun-
tarily.

THE creditors of the above-named company are re-
quired, on or before the 31st day of October, 1910,
to send their names and addresses, and the particulars of
their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their
solicitors (if any) to WALTER RUTHERFURD and FREDERICK
WILLIAM CONNELL, of Palmerston North, Accountants, the
Liquidators of the said company, at their office, Rangi-
tikei Street, Palmerston North; and, if so required by
notice in writing from the said Liquidators, are, by their
solicitors or personally, to come in and prove their said
debts or claims at the Registrar’s Office, in the Supreme
Court House at Palmerston North, at such time as shall be
specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be
excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before
such debts are proved.

Monday, the 14th day of November, 1910, at 11 o’clock
in the forenoon, at the Registrar’s said office, is appointed
for hearing and adjudicating upon the debts and claims.

the Beach Chair Company (Limited), (in liquida-
tion) will be held at the registered office of the company,
55 Cathedral Square, Christchurch, on Monday, the 24th
day of October, 1910, at 4 p.m., to consider the final ac-
count of the Liquidator of the company in compliance with
section 230 of the Companies Act, 1908.

MEDICAL REGISTRATION.

I, STANISLAO SILVIO BERNARDI, M.D., Ch.D.
Univ. Genoa 1901, D.P.H. Univ. Turin 1902, now
residing in Auckland, hereby give notice that I intend
applying on the 5th November, 1910, next, to have my
name placed on the Medical Register for the Dominion
of New Zealand; and that I have deposited the evidence
of my qualification in the office of the Registrar of Births
and Deaths at Auckland.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership lately
subsisting between the undersigned in the business
of Hotelkeepers, in the Ferry Hotel, under the style or
firm of “Crarer and Summerfield,” was dissolved.

The business will in future be carried on by Mr. PHILIP
HENRY SUMMERFIELD alone, who will receive all moneys
due to and who will pay all debts and liabilities due by the
late firm.

WAIA PU COUNTY COUNCIL.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND.

In the matter of the Counties Act, 1908, and the Public Works Act, 1908.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Waiapu County Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts
to undertake certain public works, namely, to construct a public road and to provide a paddock for driven cattle
and for the purposes of such public works the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken. And notice
is hereby further given that a plan of the lands so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Clerk to the
said Council, situate at Waipiro Bay, and is open for inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours.

All persons affected by the execution of the said public works or by the taking of such lands, who have any well-
grounded objections to the execution of the said public works or to the taking of the said lands, must state their objections
in writing and sent the same, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the County Clerk at the Council
Chambers.
