A PPLICATION having been made to me for the issue of
a provisional certificate of title in the name of the
PUBLIC TRUSTEE for part of Section 328 on the plan
of the City of Nelson, Vol. 1c, folio 522, and evidence
having been lodged with me as to the loss of the original
certificate, I hereby give notice that I will issue such pro-
visional certificate as required at the expiration of fourteen
days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

PANY (LIMITED).
NOTICE OF FINAL MEETING.
N OTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 230
of the Companies Act, that a General Meeting of
the members of the above-named company will be held at
the company’s office, Mackay Street, Greymouth, on the
24th day of October, 1910, at 2.30 p.m., for the purpose of
having an account laid before them showing the manner in
which the winding-up has been conducted and the property
of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explana-
tion that may be given by the Liquidator; and also of
determining by extraordinary resolution the manner in
which the books, accounts, and documents of the company
and of the Liquidator thereof shall be disposed of.

ROSS GOLDFIELDS (LIMITED), (IN LIQUIDATION).
I N pursuance of section 223 of the Companies Act, 1908,
notice is hereby given that at an extraordinary general
meeting of the above-named company held at Wellington on
the 22nd day of September, 1910, the following resolutions
were duly passed, and confirmed as special resolutions at a
subsequent extraordinary general meeting of the members
of the said company also duly convened and held at Wel-
ington on the 10th day of October, 1910:—
“That it is desirable to reconstruct the company, and
accordingly that the company be wound up volun-
tarily.
“That the Liquidator be and he is hereby authorized, in
accordance with section 259 of the Companies Act,
1908, to transfer and sell the whole or any part of
this company’s business and property to any other
company, and to receive in compensation or part
compensation for such transfer or sale shares in
such company, or to enter into any other arrange-
ment whereby the members of this company may, in
lieu of receiving cash shares or other like interests,
or in addition thereto, participate in the profits of or
receive any other benefit from such other company.”
And Herbert Douglas Vickery, Public Accountant, of
Wellington, was appointed Liquidator for the purposes of
winding up and reconstructing the company.

N OTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary
general meeting of the members of the above-named
company, duly convened and held at the office of the com-
pany, Nos. 11 and 12 New Zealand Insurance Buildings,
Queen Street, Auckland, on the 21st day of September,
1910, the following resolution was passed; and at a sub-
sequent extraordinary general meeting of members of the
said company, also duly convened and held at the said
office on the 6th day of October, 1910, the said resolution
was duly confirmed, namely :—
“That the Moewai Consolidated Gold-mining Company
(Limited) be wound up voluntarily, and that Mr. J. B.
SHEATH, of Auckland, Company Manager, be and is hereby
appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-
up.”
