DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto existing between ROBERT CALLAWAY and HUGH MAWHINNEY GORDON, trading together as “Callaway and Gordon,” as Land and Commission Agents at Taumarunui, has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 15th day of September, 1910. The assets of the firm will be payable to the said Hugh Mawhinney Gordon, who will discharge all liabilities due and owing by the firm.

HOROWHENUA COUNTY COUNCIL.
PUBLIC WORKS ACT, 1908.
PURSUANT to the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1908, it is hereby notified that the Horowhenua County Council requires the land described hereunder for the purposes of a public road.
A plan marked “A,” showing the position of same, will be open for inspection at the Waikanae Co-operative Store, Waikanae, during business hours for a period of forty days from date hereof.
All persons affected by the taking of the land are hereby called upon to set forth in writing any well-grounded objections thereto, and to serve the same upon the County Clerk, at Levin, before the expiration of forty days from date hereof.
Description of Land.
All that piece of land situated in Block V, Kaitawa Survey District, being part of Kukutauaki 1b No. 1, 2 acres 3 roods 12 perches, coloured blue; part Kukutauaki 1b No. 2, 3 acres 1 rood 7 perches, coloured yellow; part Kukutauaki 1b No. 3, 2 roods 27 perches, coloured yellow; part Section 77, Ngarara West A, 3 acres 1 rood 24 percies, coloured red; and part Section 45, Ngarara West A, 2 acres 1 rood 5·8 perches, coloured brown.

TAURANGA COUNTY COUNCIL.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Tauranga County Council, on behalf of the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Tauranga, intends to acquire and take for a public work, to wit, a quarry, the lands described in the Schedule hereto. All persons affected are hereby called upon to set forth in writing any well-grounded objections to the taking of such lands, and to send such writing to the Tauranga County Council within forty days from the 7th day of October, 1910, being the day of the first publication of this notice. A plan of the lands to be taken is to be deposited at King’s Store, Te Puke, and is open to inspection during ordinary business hours.
Schedule.
All that piece of land containing 1 rood 32 perches, being portion of Pukaingataru “B” Block, situated in Block No. III shown on plan marked 15299, coloured pink on plan, and situated in the Maketu Survey District, County of Tauranga.
