the loan were included in the Waipawa County and the Waipukurau Town District respectively: And whereas the inscribed amount of the said loan is six thousand one hundred and seventy-one pounds thirteen shillings and fivepence: And whereas the notices of the proposed apportionment of the said liability of six thousand one hundred and seventy-one pounds thirteen shillings and fivepence in respect of the said loan between the Waipukurau County Council, the Waipawa County Council, and the Waipukurau Town Board were duly given as required by the said section ninety-one and the regulations under the said Act, and no objections thereto have been received: And whereas written application has been made by the Waipukurau County Council that the said liability of six thousand one hundred and seventy-one pounds thirteen shillings and fivepence in respect of the said loan of six thousand pounds may be apportioned:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on him by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby apportion the liability of six thousand one hundred and seventy-one pounds thirteen shillings and fivepence in respect of the above-recited loan as follows: The sum of four thousand two hundred and ninety-four pounds and elevenpence shall be a liability of the Waipukurau County Council, the sum of three hundred and ninety-five pounds ten shillings and sevenpence shall be a liability of the Waipawa County Council, and the sum of one thousand four hundred and eighty-two pounds one shilling and elevenpence shall be a liability of the Waipukurau Town Board.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke a certain Order in Council dated the first day of April, one thousand nine hundred and eight, appointing the Pahiatua County Council a Domain Board to have control of the Marima Domain, and doth hereby appoint

to be the Marima Domain Board, having, subject to the said Act, control of the land described in the Schedule hereto, which land is a public domain, and shall be called the Marima Domain; and also doth hereby appoint Saturday, the fifth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and ten, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Marima Hall, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
SCHEDULE.
MARIMA DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 22 acres, more or less, being Section No. 58, Block X, Mangahao Survey District, Pahiatua County. Bounded towards the north generally by a public road, towards the east by Section No. 57 of the said Block X, towards the south by a public road, and towards the south-west by a public road; as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 55527/19, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Prohibiting all Private Alienation of certain Native Lands.

ON the recommendation of the Native Land Purchase Board, referred to in section three hundred and sixty-three of the Native Land Act, 1909, and in exercise of the power in this behalf conferred upon him by that section, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council thereof, doth hereby prohibit for the period of one year from the date of this Order in Council all alienations of the Native land specified in the Schedule hereto other than alienations in favour of the Crown.

Recreation Reserve in Nelson Land District brought under Part II of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908.

His Excellency the Governor in Council.
BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the twenty-sixth section of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the Nelson Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act; and such reserve shall hereafter be known as Globe Hill Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain.
SCHEDULE.
GLOBE HILL DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Nelson Land District, known as the Globe Hill Recreation Reserve, containing by admeasurement 3 acres 3 roods 39 perches, more or less, and being Section No. 1, Block II, Waitahu Survey District, Inangahua County. Commencing at a point 2057·8 links south, and 3644·9 links east, of Trig. Station L, and bounded by lines of the following bearings and distances: 17° 7′, 484·5 links; 105° 55′ 30″, 777 links; 173° 27′, 281·3 links; 225° 3′, 246·4 links; and 285° 17′, 774·5 links, to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid bearings and linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 1339/7, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
