IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the fourth section of the Cemeteries Act, 1908, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint
WILLIAM HULSE,
THOMAS ROGER VINCENT, and
DAVID LOCHEAD BRADLEY
to be Trustees to provide for the maintenance and care of the Tokatoka Public Cemetery, in conjunction with William Thomas and William Eves, previously appointed by His Excellency the Governor.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this first day of September, one thousand nine hundred and ten.

to be Trustees, in the place of Charles Gardner and William Chalmers Clark, resigned, to provide for the maintenance and care of the Hampden Bush (Hawke’s Bay) Public Cemetery, in conjunction with John Jauncey Buchanan, John Reginald Garratt, and William Ernest Ingram, previously appointed by His Excellency the Governor.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this first day of September, one thousand nine hundred and ten.

IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the one-hundred-and-twenty-sixth section of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint Thursday, the eighth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and ten, as the time at which the lands described in the Schedule hereto shall be sold by public auction; and I do hereby fix the prices at which the said lands shall be sold as those mentioned in the said Schedule hereto.
