Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waiohiharore B Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Awapuni, on Thursday, the 8th day of September, 1910, at 3 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“That the block be leased to the Poverty Bay Golf Club for a period of twenty-one years, at a rental of 5 per cent. on the present Government capital valuation, with a right of renewal for a further period of twenty-one years. The lease to contain the usual covenants in leases for these terms.”
Dated at Gisborne, this 17th day of August, 1910.
