Land temporarily reserved for Gravel Purposes in the Auckland Land District.
ISLINGTON, Governor.
WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first section of the Land Act, 1908, it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:
Now, therefore, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the land in the Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, for gravel purposes.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 acres, more or less, being Section 82, Matamata Settlement, Block II, Tapapa Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by a public road 100 links wide, 424·7 links; towards the south-east by Section 108, Matamata Settlement, Block II, Tapapa Survey District, 429 links; and towards the south-west and north-west by Section 109, Matamata Settlement aforesaid, 400 links and 571·8 links respectively: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 19293/405, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-first day of July, one thousand nine hundred and ten.

Land temporarily reserved for a Public Recreation-ground in the Canterbury Land District.

ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 5 acres, more or less, being Reserve 3823 (in red), formerly Block I, Town of Mackenzie. Bounded on the north by Cadman Street, on the east by Fitzherbert Street, on the south by Seddon Street, and on the west by Fox Street: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 1117/28, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-first day of July, one thousand nine hundred and ten.

Land temporarily reserved for Railway Purposes in the Southland Land District.
ISLINGTON, Governor.
WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first section of the Land Act, 1908, it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:
Now, therefore, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the land in the Southland Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, for railway purposes.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Southland Land District, containing by admeasurement 6 acres 1 rood 38 perches, more or less, being Section 54, Block IV, Wyndham Survey District. Bounded towards the north by Section 7 in the said block, towards the east and south by Section 30 in the said block, and towards the west by the Edendale–Glenham Railway: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 5417/1, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-first day of July, one thousand nine hundred and ten.

Land temporarily reserved for an Addition to a Site for an Athenæum in the Town of Waipahi, Otago Land District.

WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first section of the Land Act, 1908, it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:

ALL that area in the Otago Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 rood, more or less, being Section 14, Block XVI, Town of Waipahi. Bounded towards the north-east by Section 3, Block XVI, Town of Waipahi; towards the south-east by Section 13, in the said block; towards the south-west by Railway Street; and towards the north-west by Section 15, in the said block: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 8208/1, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-third day of July, one thousand nine hundred and ten.
