ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing
by admeasurement 4 acres 3 roods, more or less, being
Section No. 14, Block IX, Momahaki Survey District.
Bounded towards the south by the Mangawhio Road; towards the south-west by Section 2, Block IX, Momahaki
Survey District; towards the north generally by a stream;
and towards the south-east by a stream, and by Section 2,
Block IX, aforesaid: as the same is delineated on the
plan marked L. 7131/8, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered
red.

Vesting Portion of a Gravel Reserve in the Temuka
Borough Council.


ISLINGTON, Governor.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this eighteenth
day of July, 1910.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto
forms portion of a reserve heretofore duly set
apart for a gravel-pit:
And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor, it is expedient to vest the said land in the Temuka Borough
Council:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him
by the fourth section of the Public Reserves and Domains
Act, 1908, doth hereby declare that, from and after the day
of the date hereof, the land described in the Schedule
hereto shall become vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and
Burgesses of the Temuka Borough, in trust, for a gravel-pit.


SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing
by admeasurement 2 acres and 22 perches, more or less, being
part of Reserve 1069, Borough of Temuka, and bounded as
follows: Towards the north-east by a line parallel to the
north side of the North Town Belt of the Township of
Arowhenua, and 1 chain distant therefrom; towards the
east by the west side of Whitcombe Street; towards the
south and west by the Railway Reserve: as the same is
delineated on the plan marked L. 5414/3, deposited in the
Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and
thereon bordered red.

ISLINGTON, Governor.

IN pursuance of the powers vested in me by the Animals
Protection Act, 1908, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder,
Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New
Zealand, do hereby declare that from and after the date
hereof hares shall cease to be within the operation of the
said Act within the Marlborough Acclimatisation District
described in the Schedule hereto.


SCHEDULE.

AREA IN WHICH HARES MAY BE TAKEN OR KILLED.

ALL that area in the Provincial District of Marlborough
comprising the Counties of Marlborough and Sounds.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor,
this thirteenth day of July, one thousand nine
hundred and ten.

Land temporarily reserved for Railway Purposes in the
Town of Rangataua, Wellington Land District.


ISLINGTON, Governor.

WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first
section of the Land Act, 1908, it is enacted that
the Governor may from time to time, either by general or
particular description, and whether the same has been
surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral
license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required
for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:
Now, therefore, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron
Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand,
in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the land in the Wellington Land District
described in the Schedule hereunder written, for railway
purposes.


SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing
by admeasurement 2 roods, more or less, being Sections 10
and 12, Block II, Town of Rangataua. Bounded towards
the north-west by Section 14; towards the north-east by
Nei Street; towards the south-east by Section 8; and
towards the south-west by Sections 9 and 11, all of Block II
aforesaid: as the same is delineated on the plan marked
L. 5408/1, deposited in the Head Office, Department of
Lands, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor,
this fourteenth day of July, one thousand nine
hundred and ten.

Lands temporarily reserved in the Town of Erua, Wellington Land District.


ISLINGTON, Governor.

WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first

surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral

for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:

Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand,

respective descriptions of the lands so intended to be temporarily reserved.

by admeasurement 10 acres, more or less, being Section 3,
Block VI, Town of Erua. Bounded towards the north by
Crown lands, 1000 links; towards the east by Section 2,
Block VI, Town of Erua, 1000 links; towards the south by
Retaruke Road, 1000 links; and towards the west by
Crown lands, 1000 links: be all the aforesaid linkages
more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked
L. 5410/1, deposited in the Head Office, Department of
Lands, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. For a public
recreation-ground.

All that area in the Wellington Land District, containing
by admeasurement 5 acres, more or less, being Section 2,
Block VI, Town of Erua. Bounded towards the north by
Crown lands, 500 links; towards the east by Section 1,
Block VI, Town of Erua, 1000 links; towards the south by
Retaruke Road, 500 links; and towards the west by
Section 3, Block VI aforesaid, 1000 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the
plan marked L. 5410/1, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon coloured
red. For a site for a public school.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor,
this fourteenth day of July, one thousand nine
hundred and ten.
