  1. All leases shall conform to the requirements of the Native Land Act, 1909, and the regulations made thereunder; and the lessees shall be deemed to be acquainted with the provisions thereof, and to be bound thereby as effectively as if such provisions were embodied herein.

INSTRUCTIONS TO APPLICANTS.

The lands are described for the general information of intending selectors, who are recommended, nevertheless, to make a personal inspection, as the Board is not responsible for the absolute accuracy of any description. Full particulars and copies of the regulations may be obtained at this office.

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of the Parawai No. 2a Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Land Act, 1909, at Rotorua, on Monday, the 11th day of July, 1910, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“That portion of the said land, 1 acre in extent, shall be sold to the Rotorua Co-operative Dairy Company (Limited) for the sum of thirty pounds (£30).”

NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned section will be offered for lease, under the Native and Maori Land Laws Amendment Act, 1902, for a term of twenty-one years, with the right of renewal for further terms of twenty-one years, at the Courthouse, Te Kuiti, on Saturday, the 23rd day of July, 1910, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon.

Full particulars and copies of plans may be had on application to the undersigned.
