IT having been reported to me that the RONA BAY SANATORIUM AND STEAM FERRY COMPANY (LIMITED) has ceased to carry on business, I hereby give notice that at the expiration of three months from this date the name of such company will, unless cause is shown to the contrary, be struck off the Register, and the company will be dissolved.

AT an extraordinary meeting of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at Duigan’s Buildings, Ridgway Street, Wanganui, on the 5th day of May, 1910, the following resolution was duly passed; and at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of the members of the said company, also duly convened, and held at the same place on the 19th day of May, 1910, the following resolution was duly confirmed, viz.:

“That the Bird Tire Company (Limited) be wound up voluntarily.”

And at such last-mentioned meeting WILLIAM KENTISH McLEAN, of Wanganui, Accountant, was appointed Liquidator for the purposes of the winding-up.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

THE Partnership between CHARLES KIDDEY and FREDERICK EDGAR ROSE, trading together as Butchers, in Victoria Square, Christchurch, is dissolved as from the 30th day of May, 1910. All debts due to the late firm of Kiddey and Rose must be paid to the said Charles Kiddey.
