THE MAGNET GOLD-MINING COMPANY (LIMITED).

AT an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at the office of the company, Nos. 11 and 12 New Zealand Insurance Buildings, Queen Street, Auckland, on the 9th day of May, 1910, the following special resolution was duly passed; and at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company, also duly convened, and held at the same place on the 26th day of May, 1910, the said resolution was duly confirmed as a special resolution, namely:—

That it is desirable to reconstruct the company, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily; and that J. B. SHEATH, of Auckland, New Zealand, Company Manager, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up of the Magnet Gold-mining Company (Limited).

NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 230 of the Companies Act, 1908, that a General Meeting of the above-named company will be held at No. 2 Lower High Street, Dunedin, on the 20th day of June, at 4 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator; and also of determining by extraordinary resolution the manner in which the books, accounts, and documents of the company, and of the Liquidator thereof, shall be disposed of.
