In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable William Lee, Baron Plunket, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Knight Commander of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-eighth day of May, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and ten.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consent of the owners of the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto, and of the Waitemata County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in the Titirangi Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

Consenting to closing a Road in Block XII, Matakohe Survey District, Otamatea County.

PLUNKET, Governor.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this first day of June, 1910.

Present:

His Excellency the Governor in Council.

WHEREAS by subsection (a) of section one hundred and thirty-three of the Public Works Act, 1908, it is enacted that a local authority shall not declare any county road or district road to be stopped, and such road shall not be deemed to be stopped, until the consent thereto of the Governor by Order in Council gazetted is obtained:

And whereas the Otamatea County Council has applied for such consent in respect to the road described in the Schedule hereto:

Now, therefore, in pursuance and in exercise of the above-in-part-recited Act, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the Otamatea County Council closing the road mentioned in the Schedule hereto.
