All in the Land District of Wellington; as the said road
is more particularly delineated on the plan marked and
coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office
of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the
Wellington Provincial District.

Declaring Hangatiki-Waitomo Road, in the Waitomo County, to be a County Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this twenty-ninth day of April, 1910.

Present:

THE RIGHT HONOURABLE SIR J. G. WARD, K.C.M.G.,
PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in
him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other
powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand,
acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and
declare that the piece of road described in the Schedule
hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council,
become a county road.


SCHEDULE.

HANGATIKI-WAITOMO ROAD.

ALL that road in the Auckland Land District, situated in
the Waitomo County, commencing at a point on the
western boundary of Hauturu East No. 1e and No. 1e
Section 5, Block XI, Orahiri Survey District; thence
proceeding generally in an easterly direction and adjoining
Hauturu East No. 1e and No. 1e Section 5; thence
north-easterly through Hauturu East No. 1e Section 3,
Hauturu East No. 2 Section 3; thence in a south-easterly
direction, adjoining Pukeroa-Hangatiki No. 1a and No. 1c,
to Hangatiki Railway-station, Block XII, Orahiri Survey
District, a distance of five miles or thereabouts: as the
said road is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 26480, deposited in the office of the
Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red, and
lettered A.B.

Declaring Part of the Ohura Road, in the Ohura County, to be a County Road.

declare that the road described in the Schedule hereto
shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, be
a county road.


SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of road in the Taranaki Land District,
Ohura County, known as the Ohura Road, commencing at
the present end of metalled road about 20 chains north-east
of junction with Waitawhena Road at 25 miles 29 chains
from the junction with Poro-o-tarao-Taumarunui Road,
and running in a southerly direction generally along the
frontage of Native Block Mangaroa B, across the Manga-roa River, through the Township of Mangaroa, and along
frontage of Section 7, Block V, and again through Native
Block Mangaroa B, Block VI, Ohura Survey District, to
a point at the present end of metalled road on Huhatahi
Flat, at 28 miles 14 chains from junction with Poro-o-tarao-Taumarunui Road, a distance of 2 miles 65 chains, more or
less; as the said portion of road is more particularly de-


lineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 26409, coloured red,
and deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works,
at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District.

Declaring the Portion of the Mangapoike Valley Road (East End), in the Cook County, to be a County Road.

ALL that portion of road in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, Cook County, known as the Mangapoike Valley Road (East End), commencing at a point about 54 chains east of the south-west boundary of 2A Section 3 of Maraetaha No. 2A Block, and running in a south-westerly direction generally to a point about 22 chains east of the said boundary, being a distance of 32 chains, more or less; as the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 26482, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red, and lettered A.B.

direction along the Mangaokewa River along eastern
boundary of Allotment 7; thence proceeding in a north-easterly direction along southern boundary of Section 1,
Block XV, Orahiri Survey District, south-east boundary
of Sections 11, 8, Cemetery Reserve No. 7, through
Pukeroa-Hangatiki No. 3b, and Sections 4, 3, 2, and 1,
Block XVI, Orahiri Survey District; thence northerly
through Sections 2 and 1, Mangarapa No. 4 Section 2b,
and Pukeroa-Hangatiki No. 4d to junction with Otorohanga-Hangatiki Road, Block XII, Orahiri Survey District, a distance of seven miles or thereabouts: as the said road is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 26479, deposited in the office of the Minis-
