MOUNT ROSKILL ROAD BOARD.
THAT the Mount Roskill Road Board be authorised to raise a loan of £800, under the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1908, and its amendments, the New Zealand State-guaranteed Advances Act, 1909, or any other Act for the time being in force, for the purpose of forming, grading, metalling, and draining Queenstown Road and Seacliff Road ; and that the rate of interest payable therefor be 3½ per centum per annum for a period not exceeding forty-one years, and that such sinking fund be provided as may be required by any of the said Acts or the regulations thereunder.
I hereby certify that the above special order was duly passed in accordance with the Road Boards Act, 1908.

WOOLSTON BOROUGH COUNCIL.
Special Order striking Rate to provide Payments on Ferry Bridge Loan.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1908, the Woolston Borough Council hereby resolves (by way of special order) as follows: That, for the purpose of providing the interest at a rate not exceeding £4½ per centum per annum, sinking fund, and other charges on a loan of £750, authorised to be raised by the Woolston Borough Council, under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of providing the Council’s share of the cost of constructing a bridge over the Heathcote River on the Sumner Road, known as the Ferry Bridge, the said Woolston Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of ⅛d. in the pound upon the rateable value (being the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the said borough; and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and shall be payable yearly on the 1st day of August in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being the period of twenty years, or until such loan is fully paid off.
Adopted by the Council of the Borough of Woolston on the 24th day of January, 1910, and confirmed on the 21st day of February, 1910; and the common seal of the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Woolston was by special order hereto affixed, this 21st day of February, 1910, in the presence of—

WOOLSTON BOROUGH COUNCIL.
Special Order striking Special Rate on £2,000 Public Works Supplementary Loan.
In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1908, the Woolston Borough Council hereby resolves (by way of special order) as follows: That, for the purpose of providing the interest at a rate not exceeding £4½ per centum per annum, sinking fund, and other charges on a loan of £2,000 (known as the Public Works Supplementary Loan), authorised to be raised by the Woolston Borough Council, under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of completing certain public works (for the execution of which the ratepayers of the borough at a poll on the 15th day of November, 1905, authorised the raising of a special loan of £20,000), the said Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of ⅛d. in the pound upon the rateable value (being the unimproved value or its equivalent on the capital value if the resolution to rate on unimproved value be rescinded) of all rateable property in the said borough; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such supplementary loan, and shall be payable yearly on the 1st day of August in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being the period of thirty years, or until such loan is fully paid off.
Adopted by the Council of the Borough of Woolston on the 21st day of March, 1910, and confirmed on the 18th day of April, 1910; and the common seal of the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Woolston was by special order hereto affixed, this 18th day of April, 1910, in the presence of—

CLIFTON COUNTY COUNCIL.
Pukearuhe Loan, £600.—Special Order.
THAT, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £600, authorised to be raised by the Clifton County Council, under the provisions of the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1908, for the purpose of metalling and deviating portions of the Pukearuhe Road, the said Clifton County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of ⅕d. in the pound on the rateable value of all rateable property comprised within the Pukearuhe Special-rating District—namely, Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 54, 63, 64, 65, 66, 67, 68, 73, 74, 76, Block X, Mimi Survey District; Sections 4, 6, 7, 8, Block VI, Mimi Survey District; Section 1, Block VII, Mimi Survey District: and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and shall be payable in one sum on the 1st day of February in each and every year during a period equal to the currency of such loan, being a period of forty-one years, or until the loan is fully paid off, and the interest shall be at the rate of 3½ per cent. per annum for the said period of forty-one years.
The above special order was adopted at a special meeting of the Clifton County Council held at 2 p.m. on the 4th day of February, 1910, and confirmed at a subsequent meeting of the said Council held on the 4th day of March, 1910.
