IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the fourth section of the Cemeteries Act, 1908, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint
ISAAC JEFFORD MANSON and
HENRY ELLIS
to be Trustees, in the place of Samuel Gaskin Robinson and Albin Townson Burt, resigned, to provide for the maintenance and care of the Clifton (Nelson) Public Cemetery, in conjunction with Peter Bartram Packard, David James Winter, William Baird, George Winter, George Winter, jun., and Charles Baird, previously appointed by His Excellency the Governor.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-sixth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and ten.

Notice reserving Land for the Purposes of the North Brunner Coal Company (Limited) under the Coal-mines Act, 1908.
PLUNKET, Governor.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Coal-mines Act, 1908, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby notify and declare that the Crown lands described in the Schedule hereto are hereby reserved for use by the North Brunner Coal Company (Limited) as sites for any railways, tramways, bridges, inclines, and staiths, or other means of transit, to connect the parts of the coal-mining lease held by the said company with the railway and loading-station at Stillwater Junction, constructed between Greymouth and Reefton by the Minister of Public Works: Provided that the reservation hereby made shall be subject to the condition that there shall be a public right of access through the reserve, and that the Governor may, if he thinks fit, authorise the construction thereon of any road which may be required for public convenience: Provided further that nothing in this reservation contained shall be deemed to authorise any interference with or limitation of any right of navigation of the Grey River now existing.
And in further exercise of the powers and authorities aforesaid I do hereby notify and declare that this reservation shall take effect during the currency of the coal-mining lease dated the twenty-ninth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and four, for the period of sixty-six years from that date, which lease is at present held by the aforesaid company, subject, however, to cancellation at any time.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Westland Land District, containing by admeasurement 3 acres 3 roods 15 perches, more or less, being part of Section No. 2A, Square 119, situated in Block IX, Mawheranui Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by the north-eastern boundary of the said Section No. 2A, bearing 158° 27′ 30″, distance 1863·9 links ; towards the south-east by a right line bearing 248° 27′ 30″, distance 300 links ; towards the south-west by a right line bearing 338° 27′ 30″, distance 700 links ; and towards the west by a right line bearing 352° 54′ 30″, distance 1202 links : as the same is delineated by the plan marked 1332, deposited in the District Survey Office, Hokitika, and thereon bordered yellow.
All that area in the Westland Land District, containing by admeasurement 3 roods 8 perches, more or less, being part of the bed of the Grey River. Bounded towards the north-east by a right line bearing 132° 5′, distance 800 links ; towards the south-east by the left bank of the Grey River ; towards the south-west by a right line parallel to and 100 links distant from the aforesaid right line ; and towards the north-west by the right bank of the Grey River : as the same is delineated on the plan marked 1333, deposited in the District Survey Office, Hokitika, and thereon coloured yellow.

to be the person to make up electors’ roll for the Ridings of Styx, Belfast, Marshland, Avon, Papanui, Harewood, Fendalton, Middleton, and Riccarton, in the County of Waimairi, as constituted by the Counties Act, 1908, and the Waimairi County Act, 1909 ; also to be Returning Officer to conduct the first election of members of the Council of the said county, and to be the Clerk of the Council of the said county for the purpose of presiding at the first meeting thereof.
