Zealand, do hereby declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be open for selection on renewable lease on Monday, the twenty-seventh day of June, one thousand nine hundred and ten; at the rental mentioned in the said Schedule; and I do also declare that the said land shall be leased under and subject to section one hundred and thirty-five of the said Act, as it contains, or is supposed to contain, metal, mineral, or valuable stone.

Altitude, 50 ft. to 100 ft. above sea-level. Undulating to broken fern land; soil rests on sandstone formation; fairly watered. Situated five miles from Katikati Post-office by good road.

Opening National Endowment Land in Auckland Land District for Selection.

PLUNKET, Governor.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by “The Land Act, 1908,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare that the national endowment land described in the Schedule hereto shall be open for selection on renewable lease on Monday, the twenty-seventh day of June, one thousand nine hundred and ten, at the rental mentioned in the said Schedule; and I do also declare that the said land shall be leased under and subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Altitude, 100 ft. to 400 ft. above sea-level. Undulating to broken land; about 200 acres mixed forest, comprising rimu, kahikatea, miro, taraire, puriri, and a few small kauri-trees, with dense undergrowth of nikau, supplejack, and bush-ferns; balance fern land. The forest is mostly in clumps in the gullies, with fern ridges between. Soil of fair second-class quality, on sandstone formation. Situated about four miles from Herekino Post-office by formed road.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this fifth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and ten.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by “The Land Act, 1908,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare that the town lands enumerated in the Schedule hereto shall be open for selection on renewable lease on Monday, the twentieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and ten, at the rentals mentioned in the said Schedule; and I do also declare that the said lands shall be leased under and subject to the provisions of the said Act.
