said two ridings shall be as follows: Starting from the banks
of the Wairoa River at the north-western corner of Sec-
tion 7, Block X, by a straight line to the north-east of Sec-
tion 3; thence in a southerly direction to the north-western
corner of Section 24; thence by a line bounding the north
and north-east of Sections 24, 25, 28, 1A, 2, 3; thence in a
south-easterly direction to the north-western corner of
Section 1, Block XII; thence by a line bounding the north
of Section 1 to its north-eastern corner boundary; and
thence by a line following the west of Sections 1 and 2
until it connects with the Matakohe Parish boundary at the
western angle of Section 2, Block XVI.
SCHEDULE No. 2.
Ruawai Riding.
The Ruawai Riding shall consist of all that area of land
lying within the present Tokatoka Riding to the south
and west of the division described between the said Toka-
toka Riding and Ruawai Riding in the First Schedule
hereto.
The common seal of the body corporate called the Chairman,
Councillors, and Inhabitants of Otamatea County was
heresunto affixed by direction of the said Council of
Otamatea County, this 14th day of March, 1910, in the
presence of—

I hereby certify that the foregoing special order, passed at
a special meeting of the Otamatea County Council held
on the 14th day of February, 1910, and confirmed at a

ridings within the Otamatea County Council, and fixing the
representation in the Tokatoka and Ruawai Ridings, has
been duly made.

of Eden.

Board, is published in accordance with the provi-
sions of “The Road Boards Act, 1908.”

REMUERA ROAD BOARD.
Special Order.
In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that
behalf by “The Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1908,” the Remuera
Road Board hereby resolves as follows: That, for the
purpose of providing the interest and other charges on
loan of £8,500, authorised to be raised by the Remuera
Road Board, under the above-mentioned Act, for the pur-
pose of drainage of the special-rating area hereinafter men-
tioned, the said Remuera Road Board hereby makes and levies
a special rate of ⅚d. in the pound upon the rateable value
of all rateable property of the special-rating area, com-
prising all that parcel of land in the Remuera Road District,
in the County of Eden, commencing at the junction of
Brighton and Remuera Roads: bounded generally on the
south-west by the Remuera Road, on the west and north-
west generally by the boundary-lines of the Boroughs of
Newmarket and Parnell, and on the north and north-east by
Ayr Street and Beach Road to its intersection by Arney
Road, thence generally on the north-east and south-east by
Arney Road to the intersection of Brighton Road, and thence
by Brighton Road to the commencing-point, excepting,
however, Allotment 24 of Section 4 of the Suburbs of
Auckland: and that such special rate shall be an annual-
recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and
be payable yearly on the 30th day of November in each and
every year during the currency of such loan, being for a
period of forty-two years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
I hereby certify that the foregoing special order was duly
passed in accordance with “The Road Boards Act, 1908,”
at a special meeting of the Remuera Road Board held on the
7th day of March, 1910.

Inangahua.

County Council, is published in accordance with
the provisions of “The Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1908.”

INANGAHUA COUNTY COUNCIL.
Special Order making Special Rate.
In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that
behalf by “The Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1908,” and “The
New Zealand State-guaranteed Advances Act, 1909,” the
Inangahua County Council hereby resolves as follows: That,
for the purpose of providing the interest (4½ per cent. per
annum) and other charges on a loan of £1,250, authorised to
be raised by the Inangahua County Council, under the
above-mentioned Acts, for one-half the estimated cost of the
construction of a bridge over the Little Grey River at
Mawheraiti, the said Inangahua County Council hereby
makes and levies a special rate of ¹⁄₂₀d. in the pound upon
the unimproved rateable value of all the rateable property
within the whole of the County of Inangahua; and that
such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during
the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the 15th
day of June in each and every year during the currency of
such loan, being a period of thirty-six years and a half, or
until the loan is fully paid off.
I hereby certify that the foregoing special order was made
by the Inangahua County Council at a special meeting held
on the 3rd day of March, 1910, and confirmed at a special
meeting of the said Council held on the 31st day of March,
1910.
