Declaring Portion of the Waitangata Road, in the Ohura
County, to be a County Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this fifth day of
March, 1910.

Present :

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in
him by “The Public Works Act, 1908,” and of all
other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His
Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand,
acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and
declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule
hereto, known as the Waitangata Road, shall, on and
after the date of this Order in Council, become a county
road.


SCHEDULE.

WAITANGATA ROAD.

ALL that portion of road in the Taranaki Land District,
Ohura County, known as the Waitangata Road, commenc-
ing at its junction with Ohura Road, near Nihoniho, and
proceeding in a south-easterly direction generally through
Native Sections K4, Section 2, and Crown land, and
along the frontages of Sections 7, 11, and 8 to the south-
west corner of Section 9, all in Block III, Ohura Survey
District ; as the said portion of road is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 26124, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Welling-
ton, in the Wellington Provincial District, and coloured
red, and marked A.B. thereon.

Declaring Portion of the Kawhia to Pirongia Road, in the
Waitomo County, to be a County Road.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this fifth day of
March, 1910.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in him
by “The Public Works Act, 1908,” and of all other
powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency
the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by
and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of
the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the
road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the
date of this Order in Council, become a county road.


SCHEDULE.

KAWHIA TO PIRONGIA ROAD.

ALL that road in the Auckland Land District, situated in the
Waitomo County, commencing at a point on the county
boundary at south-western corner of Section 17, Block IX,
Pirongia Survey District, and proceeding thence in a south-
easterly direction along the boundaries of Sections 1, 2, 6, 7 ;
thence through Sections 1, 3, 6 ; thence in an easterly direction
generally through or adjoining Sections 4, 7, 8, Native re-
serve, 9, 19, 19A, and 17 ; thence in a north-easterly direction
through or adjoining Blocks 6115 Waiwhakaata, 6116 Pari-
horo, part Kopua No. 1s Section 2, Kopua No. 1r, Crown
land, Kopua No. 6117 1e, 6121 Whakaroiro, Mangauika B
No. 1 No. 2 Section 2, Mangauika No. 1b No. 3, 6118 Kai-

piha, No. 2 Mangauika Block, and Mangauika Part B
No. 6210, to county boundary in Block VIII, Pirongia Survey
District, a distance of seventeen miles, or thereabouts : as the
said road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
P.W.D. 25938, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public
Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District,
and thereon coloured red, and lettered B.C.

County, to be a County Road.

Survey District, and proceeding thence generally in a westerly
direction to a point on the western boundary of the afore-
said section, being a distance of 1 mile 25 chains, more or
less ; as the said road is more particularly delineated on the
plan marked P.W.D. 25468, deposited in the office of the
Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington
Provincial District, and coloured red, and marked A.B.
thereon.

Road with the old Te Wera Road, and running in a south-
westery direction generally through Sections 39 and 41,
Block VI, Ngatimaru Survey District, to its junction with
the Mangaopapa Road, being a distance of one mile, more or
less ; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 25476, deposited in the office of the Minister
of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial
District.
