Declaring Portion of the Mangapoike Valley Road (East End),
in the Cook County, to be a County Road.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this fifth day of March, 1910.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in him by “The Public Works Act, 1908,” and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto, known as the Mangapoike Valley Road (East End), shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, be a county road.
SCHEDULE.
MANGAPOIKE VALLEY ROAD (EAST END).
ALL that portion of road in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, Cook County, known as the Mangapoike Valley Road (East End), commencing at the south-east boundary of 2A Section 2, Maraetaha No. 2A, Block II, Nuhaka North Survey District, and proceeding in a south-westerly direction generally to a point about 54 chains north-east of the south-western boundary of 2A Section 3 of Maraetaha No. 2A, Block I, Nuhaka North Survey District, being a distance of four miles, more or less; as the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 25961, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and coloured red, and marked A.B. thereon.

MATA RIVER TO WAITAHAIA ROAD.
ALL that portion of road in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, Waiapu County, known as the Mata River to Waitahaia Road, commencing at a point about 40 chains north-west of the south-eastern boundary of the Whakamarutuna No. 2 Block, and proceeding in a south-westerly direction generally to a point about 16 chains south-west of the western boundary of the Pouturu No. 2 Block, being a distance of 170 chains, more or less; as the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 25960, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and coloured red, and marked A.B. thereon.

Declaring Road to Small Grazing-run 74, Onamalutu Survey District, Pelorus Road District, to be a District Road.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in him by “The Public Works Act, 1908,” and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a district road.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that road in the Marlborough Land District, Pelorus Road District, known as the road access to Small Grazing-run 74, Onamalutu Survey District, commencing at its junction with the main road to Havelock, and proceeding in a westerly and southerly direction generally, adjoining or passing through Sections 44 (E.R.), part 1445, 76, 68, and 159, Block IV, and 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, and 12, Block III, Onamalutu Survey District, to the northern boundary of Section 3, Block VII, Onamalutu Survey District, being a distance of three miles, more or less; as the said road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 25831, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.
