Declaring Portion of the Puketoi Road, in the Masterton County, to be a County Road.
PLUNKET, Governor.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this fifth day of March, 1910.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in him by “The Public Works Act, 1908,” and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.
SCHEDULE.
PUKETOI ROAD.
ALL that portion of road in the Wellington Land District, Masterton County, known as the Puketoi Road, commencing at its junction with Saunders Road, and proceeding in a westerly direction generally along the frontage of part of Section 2, and the frontages of Sections 19 and 20 to the most southerly corner of Section 21, all in Block III, Puketoi Survey District, being a distance of 60 chains, more or less; as the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 26110, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring the Whenuakura Road, in the Ohura County, to be a County Road.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that road in the Taranaki Land District, Ohura County, commencing at its junction with the Waikaka Road, and proceeding generally in an easterly direction along the frontages of Sections 8, 20 (Crown land), 9, and 10, Block XV, Aria Survey District, to its junction with the Miroahuiā-Matiere Road; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 26122, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that road in the Taranaki Land District, Ohura County, known as the Tapuri Road, commencing at its junction with the Miroahuiā-Matiere Road, and proceeding in a south-westerly direction generally along the frontages of Sections 17 and 15, Block XV, Aria Survey District, to the terminus of the road, a distance of 54 chains, more or less; as the said road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 26121, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Provincial District of Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
