A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by the two-hundred-and-third section of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the allotments of Crown lands respectively described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same are hereby set apart and declared open for sale or lease as a village settlement.

HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT. — WAIKOHU COUNTY. — WAIKOHU SURVEY DISTRICT.—OTOKO VILLAGE SETTLEMENT.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS by section seventy-seven of the New Zealand State-guaranteed Advances Act, 1909, as amended by section twenty-two of the New Zealand State-guaranteed Advances Amendment Act, 1910, it is, amongst other things, enacted that in no case shall any moneys be expended under the provisions of the said section seventy-seven in connection with any block of land unless that block is set apart for selection under that section pursuant to Proclamation in that behalf:

Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of every power and authority enabling me in this behalf, and for the purposes of the aforesaid Acts, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim the land described in the Schedule hereto as set apart for selection.

SCHEDULE.

NATIONAL ENDOWMENT LAND.—WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT.

Kotuku Block (2,086 Acres).

As the same are delineated upon the plans marked as above mentioned, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above noted.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section three hundred and eighty-eight of the Native Land Act, 1909, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby lay out and take as a road the lands described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

All in the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, at Auckland.
