A PPLICATION having been made to me for the issue
of a provisional certificate of title in the name of
MARY BERRY, formerly of Woodlands, but since deceased,
for Allotment 64, Plan No. 115, Woodlands, being the land
contained in certificate of title, Vol. 29, folio 180, and
evidence having been lodged of the loss of the said certifi-
cate of title, I hereby give notice that I shall issue a
provisional certificate of title as requested unless caveat
be lodged forbidding the same within fourteen days from
the date of publication of this notice in the Gazette.

N OTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hereto-
fore subsisting between us, the undersigned, carry-
ing on business as Cabinetmakers, Upholsterers, and Pic-
ture-framers at Khyber Pass Road, Auckland, under the
style or firm of “Taylor and Wade,” has been dissolved by
mutual consent as from the 19th day of November, 1910, so
far as concerns the undersigned Fred Taylor, who retires
from the said firm. All debts due to and owing by the
said late firm will be received and paid respectively by the
undersigned THOMAS FREDERICK WADE, who will continue
to carry on the said business under the style of “Fred
Wade.”

existing between us in the business of Woollen
Merchants and Importers, and carried on by us at premises
situate in Victoria Buildings, Victoria Street, in the City
of Auckland, under the style or firm of “H. M. Chisholm
and Co.,” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from
the 12th day of November, 1910; and, further, that hence-
forth the said business shall be carried on at the said pre-
mises by RICHARD JAMIESON only under the style of “R.
Jamieson and Co.”

NOTICE OF CHANGE OF NAME.
I, JAMES SHAW, lately of Mount Morgan, in the State
of Queensland, but temporarily residing in Wanga-
nui, in New Zealand, Mining Engineer, do hereby give
notice that I have assumed and intend henceforth upon all
occasions and at all times to sign and use and be called and
known by the name of JAMES BARRY SHAW, in lieu of and
in substitution for my present name of James Shaw, and
that such intended change and assumption of name is for-
mally declared and evidenced by a deed-poll under my
hand and seal dated the twenty-third day of November,
one thousand nine hundred and ten (1910), and intended
to be forthwith enrolled in the office, at Wellington, of
the Supreme Court of New Zealand, Wellington Dis-
trict.
In testimony whereof I do hereby sign and subscribe
myself by such intended future name.
Dated at Wanganui aforesaid, this twenty-third day of
November, one thousand nine hundred and ten (1910).

pany held on 21st October, 1910, and 8th Novem-
ber, 1910, a special resolution was passed that the company
be wound up voluntarily.

N OTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary
general meeting of the above-named company held at
the office of the company, Perry Street, Masterton, on the
5th day of November, 1910, the following special resolutions
were passed; and at a subsequent extraordinary general
meeting of the said company held at the same place on
the 23rd day of November, 1910, the said resolutions were
duly confirmed, namely :—

That the company of J. D. Cruickshank and Co.
(Limited) be wound up voluntarily under the provisions of
the Companies Act, 1908. -
That the provisional agreement entered into by ALFRED
HEAD WRIGHTSON on behalf of the said company, of the
one part, and GEORGE HENRY PERRY, of the other part,
bearing date the 19th day of October, 1910, for the sale
of the business and assets of the company to the said
GEORGE HENRY PERRY at a price or sum sufficient to cover
all liabilities of the company, and all costs and expenses of
liquidation, upon the terms set out in the said agreement
be authorized and confirmed; and that the Liquidator shall
effect such liquidation by carrying out the terms of the
said agreement.
