NOTICE is hereby given that, in pursuance of section 23 of the Companies Act, 1908, a General meeting of shareholders of W. A. Ryan and Co. NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named society by the Magistrate’s Court was on the 19th day of November, 1910, presented to the Magistrate’s Court at Kaitangata, and James Rankin Bartholomew, Esquire, the Stipendiary Magistrate thereof, by Joseph Pilgrim, of Kaitangata, in the Provincial District of Otago, Farmer a creditor of the said society.
