THE LEAD OF WAIKAIA SLUICING COMPANY (LIMITED), (IN LIQUIDATION).

NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 230 of the Companies Act, 1908, that a General Meeting of the members of the above company will be held in the company’s registered office, Exchange Court, Princes Street, Dunedin, on Wednesday, the 14th December, 1910, at 4.30 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of having the accounts laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the assets of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. Also of determining by extraordinary resolution the manner in which the books, accounts, and documents of the company and the Liquidator thereof shall be disposed of.

LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

SATISFACTORY evidence having been furnished of the loss of Crown lease registered No. 2586, comprised in Vol. 4L, folio 107, for Section 5, Block XV, Hikurangi Survey District, whereof ARTHUR KEITH COTTERILL, of Clive, Sheepfarmer, is the registered proprietor, and application having been made to me for the issue of a provisional Crown lease for the said section, I hereby give notice of my intention, at the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice, to issue such provisional lease unless good cause be shown to the contrary.
