MINING NOTICES.
THE TINKERS GOLD-MINING COMPANY (LIMITED).
SPECIAL RESOLUTION.
At an extraordinary general meeting of the Tinkers Gold-mining Company (Limited), duly convened and held at Matakauui on the 5th day of August, 1910, the subjoined special resolution was duly passed; and at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of the said company, also duly convened and held at Matakauui on the 22nd day of August, 1910, the subjoined special resolution was duly confirmed.

That it is expedient to effect an amalgamation of this company with the Matakauui Gold-mining Company (Limited), and that with a view thereto this company be wound up voluntarily; and that WILLIAM LAIDLAW and TIMOTHY DUGGAN, of Matakauui, be and they are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purpose of such winding-up.

The said Liquidators be and they are hereby authorized to consent to the registration of a new company, to be named “The Tinkers Gold-mining Company (Limited),” with a memorandum and articles of association to be approved by the directors of this company.

That the draft agreement expressed to be made between the Liquidators of this company of the first part, this company of the second part, the Liquidators of the Matakauui Gold-mining Company (Limited) of the third part, the Matakauui Gold-mining Company (Limited) of the fourth part, and the Tinkers Gold-mining Company of the fifth part, be and the same is hereby approved; and that the said Liquidators be and they are hereby directed to enter into an agreement on behalf of this company in the terms of the said draft, and to carry the same into effect.
