Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangitoto-Tuhua No. 61o Section 2 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at the Courthouse, Te Kuiti, on Friday, the 16th day of December, 1910, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“ That a portion (about 3,000 acres) of the said block be leased to Eva Lewis, of Te Kuiti, for a term of forty-two years, at the following annual rentals : For the first eleven years, 1s. per acre; for the next ten years, 1s. 6d. per acre; for the next eleven years, 2s. per acre; and for the last ten years, 3s. 6d. per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Pehitawa 2s No. 2 Block (352 acres 1 rood 15 perches) will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at the Courthouse, Te Kuiti, on Friday, the 16th day of December, 1910, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“ That the said land be leased to John Charles Davis, of Waitomo, settler, for a term of forty-two years, at the following rentals : For the first seven years, 2s. 6d. per acre per annum; for the next seven years, 3s. per acre per annum; for the next seven years, 4s. per acre per annum; and for the residue of the said term, 5s. per acre per annum.”

“ That the said land be leased to Athol Graham Brisell Price, of Te Kuiti, settler, for a term of forty-two years, at an annual rental of 1s. 6d. per acre for the first eleven years, 2s. per acre for the next ten years, and 4s. per acre for the remainder of the term.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangitoto-Tuhua No. 21b Section 1 Block (containing 725 acres, approximately) will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at the Courthouse, Te Kuiti, on Friday, the 16th day of December, 1910, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“ That the said land be leased to William Irvine, of Taringamutu, farmer, for a period of forty-two years, at an annual rental of 1s. per acre for the first eleven years, 1s. 6d. per acre for the next ten years, and 4s. per acre for the balance of the term.”

“ That the said land be leased to Robert Edgar, of Te Kuiti, settler, for a term of forty-two years, at an annual rental of 2s. per acre for the first twenty-one years, and 4s. per acre for the remainder of the term.”

“ That the said land be sold to John Frederick Draper Tammadge, of Te Kuiti, settler, for the sum of £3 per acre.”
