Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION NO. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangitoto-Tuhua No. 66A (7,588 acres, approximately) will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at the Courthouse, Te Kuiti, on Friday, the 16th day of December, 1910, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions :—
“(a.) That 3,000 acres of the said land be leased to Ida Mary Baldwin.
“(b.) That 3,000 acres of the said land be leased to George Frederick Chapman.
“(c.) That 1,588 acres of the said land be leased to Percy Edward Baldwin.
“The leases in each case to be for a term of forty-two years, at a rental during the first twenty-one years of 1s. per acre per annum (to be increased to 1s. 6d. per acre per annum for bush land when cleared), and for the balance of the term 3s. per acre per annum.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION NO. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangitoto-Tuhua No. 25 Section 5B Block (2,372 acres 3 roods 31 perches) will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at the Courthouse, Te Kuiti, on Friday, the 16th day of December, 1910, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions :—
“A. That the said land be leased to Neils Winter Albrechtsen, of Te Kuiti, butcher, for a term of forty-two years, at an annual rental of 2s. per acre for the first twenty-one years, and 4s. per acre for the balance of the term. The lease to contain no provision as to compensation for improvements.
“B. That the said land be leased to Frederick Audibon Barker, of Auckland, farmer, upon terms similar to the foregoing.
“C. That the said land be leased to Edward Charles Falwasser, of Te Kuiti, licensed interpreter, for a term of forty-two years, at the following annual rentals : For the first seven years, 1s. per acre; for the next fourteen years, 1s. 6d. per acre; for the remainder of the term, 3s. per acre. The lease to contain a provision requiring the lessors to pay to the lessee compensation for his improvements, the amount of such compensation not to exceed £3 per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangitoto-Tuhua No. 67A Block (5,063 acres) will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at the Courthouse, Te Kuiti, on Friday, the 16th day of December, 1910, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“That 3,000 acres of the said land be leased to Isabella Jane Broadfoot, and that the balance (2,063 acres) of the said block be leased to Elizabeth Juno Barker; the leases to be for a term of fifty years, at the following annual rentals : For the first twenty-one years, 1s. per acre; for the next twenty-one years, 2s. per acre; for the remaining eight years, 3s. per acre.”
