Notice of Proposed Cancellation of Registry.

NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to an application in that behalf made to me by the Auckland Female Type-setters’ Industrial Union of Workers, registered number 188, situated at Auckland, and in exercise of the power in this behalf conferred upon me by section 21 of the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act, 1908, it is my intention to cancel the registration of that industrial union after the expiration of six weeks from the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette, unless in the meantime cause is shown to the contrary.
