    1909, confirming the cancellation of capital of the above-
    named company from £15,000 to £7,500, and the minute
    (approved by the Court) showing, with respect to the capital

    Court of New Zealand dated the 22nd day of October
    instant, confirming the reduction of the capital of the above-
    named company from £45,000 to £22,500, and the minute
    approved by the said Court showing the amount of the capital
    of the said company as altered by the said order, the number
    of shares into which the said capital is to be divided, and
    the amount of each share, was this day registered by the
    Assistant Registrar of Companies at Napier. The said
    minute is in the words and figures following:—
    “The capital of Richardson and Company (Limited and
    Reduced) is henceforth £22,500, divided into 3,000 shares of
    £7 10s. each, instead of the original capital of £45,000,
    divided into 4,500 shares of £10 each. This reduction has
    been effected by cancelling and extinguishing the 1,500
    unissued shares (on which nothing has been or is to be
    deemed to have been paid up), and by returning to the
    holders of the 3,000 shares which have been issued and
    paid up capital to the extent of £2 10s. a share, and by
    reducing the nominal value of each of the said 3,000 shares
    from £10 to £7 10s. fully paid.”
