NOTICE is hereby given that a Petition for the winding-up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was on the 22nd day of October, 1909, presented to Mr. Justice Denniston, a Judge of the Supreme Court, by Ernest Alexander, J. M. Heywood and Co. (Limited), Thomas Stone, and Arthur Buchanan Sands, creditors of the said company, and the said Petition is directed to be heard before a Judge of the said Court on Friday, the 12th day of November, 1909, at the hour of 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, at the Supreme Court House, Christchurch; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous of opposing the making of an order for the winding-up of the said company under the above Act should appear at the time of hearing, by himself or his counsel, for that purpose; and a copy of the Petition will be furnished to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring the same, by the undersigned, on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore existing between JOHN ANDERSON and JAMES DEWAR HUNTER, trading under the firm of “J. Anderson and Co.,” at Moray Place, Dunedin, as Brassfounders, Coppersmiths, and Dairy Plant Manufacturers, was dissolved on the 5th day of October, 1909, when the said John Anderson retired from the said firm. All the liabilities of the said firm will be paid, and all amounts owing thereto will be received, by Andrew Robert Swann Cruickshank, late Union Steam Ship Company (who has acquired all the interest of the said John Anderson in the said firm), and the said James Dewar Hunter, who together will continue the said business under the old firm-name of “J. Anderson and Co.”
