Also all that area in the Otago Land District, containing by admeasurement 11 acres 3 roods, more or less, being part of Section No. 1 of 32, Block IX, North Harbour and Blueskin Survey District. Commencing at the northern corner of aforesaid section; thence bounded towards the north-east by Section No. 6, by the crossing and abutment of a road, 1530 links; towards the south-east by Section No. 7, the crossing of a road, and by part of Section No. 8, 713·7 links; thence by lines through aforesaid Section No. 1 of 32, bearing 302° 13', 313 links; bearing 293° 7' 30", 427·7 links; bearing 252° 52' ½", 175·5 links; bearing 311° 20', 369·6 links; bearing 317° 30½', 472 links; bearing 32° 44½', 313·3 links; and towards the north-west by part of Section No. 40, all of aforesaid block and district, 330·4 links, being the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: and excepting out of the above boundaries a road-line for which allowance has been made in the above-described area.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 53782/49, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
