Declaring Road in Block X, Linkwater Survey District,
Marlborough County, to be a Government Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this twentieth
day of January, 1909.

PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in him
by “The Public Works Act, 1908,” and of all other
powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Ex-
cellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand,
acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare
that the road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and
after the date of this Order in Council, be a Government
road.

above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Chief
Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land

a County Road.

powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excel-
lency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and
declare that the road described in the Schedule hereto
shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, be a
county road.
SCHEDULE.
OKAKA ROAD.
ALL that portion of road in the Wellington Land District,
Rangitikei County, known as the Okaka Road, commencing
at a point 34 chains west of the boundary between Sec-
tions 12 and 20, Block XIV, Maungakaretu Survey District,
and proceeding generally in a westerly direction fronting
Sections 9, 8, and 7, Block XIV aforesaid, and terminating
at the junction with the Turakina Valley Road, being a
distance of 1 mile 37 chains, or thereabouts; as the said
road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
R. 6251, deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of
Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and
thereon coloured blue.

County, to be a County Road.

MANGAMAHOE ROAD.
ALL that portion of road in the Wellington Land District,
Rangitikei County, known as the Mangamahoe Road, com-
mencing at its junction with the Mangamahoe-Mataroa
Road, and proceeding generally in a northerly direction
along part frontage of Section 24 and frontage of Section 23,
Block XIV, Maungakaretu Survey District, and terminating
at a point about 2½ chains north of the boundary between
Section 23, Block XIV aforesaid, and Section 11, Block XV,
Maungakaretu Survey District, being a distance of 68¼
chains, or thereabouts; as the said road is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked R. 9170, deposited in the
office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the
Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured blue.

ALL that road in the Nelson Land District, Inangahua
County, commencing at the northern boundary of Section 1,
Block XII, Burnett Survey District, and proceeding thence in
a south-westerly direction through said Section 1 to north-
west corner of Section 2, Block XII, Burnett Survey District,
and thence in a southerly direction along western boundary
of said Section 2 to north-western corner of Section 3, Block
XVI, Burnett Survey District; thence in a south-easterly
direction along western boundary of said Section 3 to north-
western corner of Section 4, Block XVI, Burnett Survey
District; thence in a south-easterly direction along western
boundary of said Section 4 to north-western corner of Sec-
tion 7, Block XVI, Burnett Survey District; thence in a
south-easterly direction along western boundary of said Sec-
tion 7 to northern boundary of Section 1, Block XVI, Burnett
Survey District; thence in a south-easterly and south-westerly
direction along western boundary, and through said Sec-
tion 1 to north boundary of Section 2, Block XVI, Burnett
Survey District; thence in a south-westerly direction through
said Section 2 to north boundary of Section 5, Block XVI,
Burnett Survey District; thence in a south-westerly direc-
tion through said Section 5 to north boundary of Section 1,
