IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in him by "The Public Works Act, 1908," and of all other powers in anyway enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand,
acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare
that the road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and
after the date of this Order in Council, be a county road.

SCHEDULE.

TAKAKA-COLLINGWOOD INLAND ROAD.

All that road in the Nelson Land District, Collingwood
County, known as the Takaka to Collingwood Inland Road,
commencing at a point on the south-eastern boundary of
Section 63, Milnthorpe Suburban, Block I, Waitapu Survey
District, and proceeding in a general north-westerly and
south-westerly direction through Sections 63, 64, and 70,
Milmthorpe Suburban, Block I, Waitapu Survey District, to
a point on the north-western boundary of Section 70, Milm-
thorpe Suburban, Block I, Waitapu Survey District, d is-
tance of 60 chains, more or less; as the said road is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked R. 5427, and
deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and coloured
thereon red, and marked A.B.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in him by "The Public Works Act, 1908," and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excel-
lency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting

by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that
the road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after
the date of this Order in Council, be a county road.

SCHEDULE.

WHANGAMOMONA TO WANGANUI RIVER ROAD.

ALL that portion of road in the Taranaki Land District,
Whangamomona County, known as the Whangamomona to
Wanganui River Road, commencing at the south-east corner
of Section 12, Block I, Mahoe Survey District, and running
in a southerly direction along the frontage of Sections 14
and 21, Block I, and part Section 5, Block V, all in Mahoe
Survey District, to its junction with the Poarangi Road,
being a distance of 1 mile 68 chains, more or less; as the
said road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
R. 7620, and coloured red, and deposited in the office of the
Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington
Land District.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in him by section one hundred and three of "The Public Works Act, 1908," and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, be a county road.

At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this twenty-
seventh day of January, 1909.

WHEREAS it has been made to appear that the valuation list of the Borough of Eastbrook cannot be completed by or within the time mentioned in "The Rating Act, 1908":

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers vested in him by the said "Rating Act, 1908," and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby extend the time for completing the preparation of such valuation list until the fifteenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and nine; and doth also extend the time during which such valuation list shall be open for inspection, and during which objections thereto may be made, until the fifteenth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and nine.
