Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Poti Domain.
PLUNKET, Governor.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this fifth day of October, 1909.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor in Council.
WHEREAS by section forty-seven of “The Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908” (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, by Order in Council gazetted, appoint any local authority to be the Domain Board having, subject to the said Act, control of any public domain:
And whereas by an Order in Council made on the tenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and nine, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the nineteenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and nine, the land described in the Schedule hereto was brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act:
And whereas it appears expedient to appoint a Domain Board to control the said domain:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
THE ELTHAM BOROUGH COUNCIL
to be the Poti Domain Board, having the control of the domain described in the said Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Friday, the twenty-second day of October, one thousand nine hundred and nine, at half past seven o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Borough Council Chambers, Eltham, as the place where, the first meeting of Board shall be held.
SCHEDULE.
POTI DOMAIN, ELTHAM COUNTY.
ALL that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 15 acres 2 roods, more or less, being Section No. 83, Block X, Ngaiere Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by Anderson Road, 789·1 links; towards the south-east by Sections Nos. 84 and 85, Block X, Ngaiere Survey District, 1950 links; towards the south-west by Section No. 87, Block X aforesaid, 787·8 links; and towards the north-west by Section No. 82, Block X aforesaid, 1996·5 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 1310, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered pink.

Recreation Reserve in Auckland Land District brought under Part II of “The Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908.”

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this fifth day of October, 1909.

His Excellency the Governor in Council.
BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the twenty-sixth section of “The Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act; and such reserve shall hereafter be known as Parehaia Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain.
SCHEDULE.
PAREHAIA DOMAIN, OHINEMURI COUNTY.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District being Section 2, Town of Waihi, and containing by admeasurement 12 acres and 20 perches, more or less. Bounded towards the north-west by Kenny Street, 102·3 links and 698·5 links; towards the north-east by Section 269 of the Town of Waihi aforesaid, by that block of land reserved for the Union-Waihi Company’s workings, and by S.S. No. 2, Union-Waihi Company aforesaid, 1536·4 links; towards the south-east by a public road, 800 links; and towards the south-west by Clarke Street, 1500 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 1319, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District being Sections Nos. 2 and 3, Town of Kohukohu (Government), and containing by admeasurement 1 rood 30 perches, more or less. Bounded towards the north by Maning Street, 307·6 links; towards the east by Section No. 4, 92·2 links; towards the south-east by Beach Road, 140·4 links; towards the south-west and south generally by Section No. 6, 111·3 links and 120 links, and by Section No. 5, 60 links; and towards the west by Section No. 1, 118·7 links: all of the aforesaid town: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 1051, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
