EVIDENCE having been furnished of the loss of certificate of title, Volume 182, folio 23, affecting parts of rural sections numbered 11278, 11278x, 11279, 13578, 15390, and 17017, being Lot 3B, Plan 1410, situated in Block V, Okain’s Survey District, whereof WILLIAM WHITFIELD, of Robinson’s Bay, Farmer, is the registered proprietor, and application having been made to me for the issue of a provisional certificate of title, I hereby give notice that I will issue such provisional certificate of title at the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

APPLICATION having been made to me to register a discharge of Mortgage No. 22921, over Section 57, Block IV, Maungatua District (Momona Estate), the Government Advances to Settlers Office Superintendent mortgagee, and a declaration having been lodged of the loss of the outstanding duplicate of said mortgage, I hereby give notice that I intend to register the said discharge and dispense with the production of the said duplicate mortgage, as empowered by section 40 of “The Land Transfer Act, 1908,” unless caveat be lodged in this office forbidding the same within fourteen days from the date of the publication hereof.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto existing between HENRY JAMES CAVE, WILLIE CAVE, and ARTHUR MOREY VEALE, carrying on business in Gisborne, under the style or firm of “Cave and Veale,” Timber-merchants, has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 24th day of April, 1909. NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership lately existing between GEORGE OSWALD DYSART and WILLIAM VICKERS, and carried on at Herekino, under the style or firm of “Dysart and Vickers,” Flax-millers, has been dissolved as from the 30th March, 1909, and the business will in future be carried on solely by the said George Oswald Dysart, who has taken over the plant and other assets of the late firm, and by whom all outstanding accounts will be paid.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto carried on between the undersigned, ALBERT EDWARD LOVE and CHARLES GASSON, as Building Contractors, at Christchurch, under the firm-name of “Love and Gasson,” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 1st day of June, 1909. The business will in future be carried on by Albert Edward Love on his own account. All debts owing to the firm must be paid to him, and he will discharge all liabilities.
