Horopito West. Bounded towards the north-west by Harakeke
Road; towards the north-east generally by Sections
Nos. 16 and 3, Block XIV, Town of Horopito West; towards
the south-east by Hutotoi Road, and by Harore Road; and
towards the south-west by Hururua Road. For a public
recreation-ground.

by admeasurement 8 acres 2 roods 39 perches, more or less,
being Sections Nos. 9 and 10, Block XVIII, Town of Horopito West.

towards the south-east by Section No. 2 of said suburbs; and
towards the south-west by Hikuhiku Road. For a site for
a public cemetery.

by admeasurement 2 acres 1 rood 29 perches, more or less,
being Section No. 36, Town of Horopito West. Bounded
towards the north-west by Harore Road; towards the
south-east by Hutotoi Road; and towards the south-west

All that area in the Wellington Land District, containing
by admeasurement 5 acres 3 roods 20 perches, more or less,
being Section No. 37, Town of Horopito West. Bounded
towards the north-west by Makotuku Valley Road; towards
the north-east and south-east generally by Horoeka Road, by
the Main Trunk Railway Reserve, and by a road and river-bank
reserve along the bank of the Makotuku Stream; and
towards the south-west by Section No. 40 of said town.

by admeasurement 5 acres 2 roods 10 perches, more or less,
being Section No. 38, Town of Horopito West. Bounded
towards the north-west generally by the Horoeka Road,
from its junction with the Makotuku Valley Road to its
junction with the Harakeke Road; and towards the south-east
by the Main Trunk Railway Reserve: save and except
that portion of Hinau Street which intersects the area.

by admeasurement 4 acres 1 rood 14 perches, more or less,
being Section No. 39, Town of Horopito West. Bounded
towards the north-west by the Main Trunk Railway Reserve;
and towards the east and south-east generally by the
Hohere Road, from its junction with the Harakeke Road
to its junction with the Makotuku Valley Road: save and
except that portion of Hinau Street which intersects the
area. For plantation purposes.
All that area in the Wellington Land District, containing
by admeasurement 6 acres and 23 perches, more or less,
being Section No. 40, Town of Horopito West. Bounded
towards the north-west by the Makotuku Valley Road;
towards the north-east by Section No. 37 of said town;
towards the south-east by a road and river-bank reserve
along the bank of the Makotuku Stream; and towards the
south-west by Crown land. For a site for a public school.
As the same are delineated on the plan marked L. 5324/1,
deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at
Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first section
of "The Land Act, 1908," it is enacted that
the Governor may from time to time, either by general or
particular description, and whether the same has been
surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding
that the same may be then held under pastoral license,
any Crown lands which in his opinion are required
for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:
Now, therefore, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the
Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise
and pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me
by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale
the lands in the Wellington Land District described in the
Schedule hereunder written, for the purposes in the said
Schedule specified at the end of the respective descriptions
of the lands so intended to be temporarily reserved.
SCHEDULE.
All that area in the Wellington Land District, containing
by admeasurement 2 acres, more or less, being Sections Nos. 6, 7,
8, 9, 16, 17, 18, and 19, Block II, Town of Owhango. Bounded
towards the north by Sections Nos. 10 and 15, Block II, Town
of Owhango; towards the east by Okioi Street; towards the
south by Sections Nos. 5 and 20 of said Block II; and towards
the west by Ohorere Street: as the same is delineated on
the plan marked L. 5316/1, deposited in the Head Office,
Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered
purple. For a site for a public school.
All that area in the Wellington Land District, containing
by admeasurement 2 roods, more or less, being Sections
Nos. 13 and 14, Block I, Town of Owhango. Bounded
towards the north by Onepu Road; towards the east by
Sections Nos. 11 and 12, Block I, Town of Owhango; towards
the south by Section No. 15 of said Block I; and towards
the west by the Waimarino-Taumarunui Road: as the same
is delineated on the plan marked L. 5316/1, deposited in
the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and
thereon coloured green. For a site for public buildings of
the General Government.
All that area in the Wellington Land District, containing
by admeasurement 7 acres 3 roods 24 perches, more or less,
being Sections Nos. 5 to 16, Block III, and 5 to 16, 21, 22,
and 23, Block IV, Town of Owhango. Bounded towards the
north by Onepu Road, 500 links; by the abutment of this
road 100 links; and by the north-eastern boundary of the
Town of Owhango, 700 links: towards the east by the bound-
ary of the Town of Owhango, 700 links; towards the south by
the abutment of Onge Street, by Sections Nos. 4 and 17 of
Block IV, by the abutment of Oru Street, and by Sections
Nos. 4 and 17 of Block III, 1200 links; and towards the west
by Okioi Street, 600 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more
or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked
L. 5316/1, deposited in the Head Office, Department of
Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. For a
