SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 4 acres 3 roods, more or less, being Section No. 6, Block VIII, Kawhia South Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west by Awaroa Road, 596·7 links; towards the east by Section No. 5, Block VIII, Kawhia South Survey District, 1004·1 links; towards the south by Section No. 5 aforesaid, 446·7 links; and towards the west by Awaroa Road aforesaid, 864·3 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 58839/6, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-sixth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and nine.

Land temporarily reserved for a Resting-place for Travelling Stock in the Hawke’s Bay Land District.


PLUNKET, Governor.

WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first section of “The Land Act, 1908,” it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:

Now, therefore, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the land in the Hawke’s Bay Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, for a resting-place for travelling stock.


SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, containing by admeasurement 4 acres 2 roods, more or less, being Section No. 7, Block XI, Tuahu Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west by the Mangarewarewa Road, towards the east by a public road along the bank of the Ruakituri River, towards the south by a public road, and towards the west by the Mangarewarewa Stream; as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 5247/1, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-sixth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and nine.

Land temporarily reserved for a Site for a Roadman’s Hut in the Wellington Land District.


PLUNKET, Governor.

WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first section of “The Land Act, 1908,” it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:

Now, therefore, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the land in the Wellington Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, for a site for a roadman’s hut.

ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre, more or less, being Section No. 9, Block V, Pukeokahu Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west by Section No. 8, Block V, Pukeokahu Survey District; towards the north-east by Toi Road; towards the south-east by Section No. 10 of the said Block V; and towards the south-west by Section No. 13 (recreation reserve) of the said Block V: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 5249/1A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-sixth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and nine.

Land temporarily reserved for the Improvement and Protection of the Opawa River in the Marlborough Land District.


PLUNKET, Governor.

WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first section of “The Land Act, 1908,” it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:

Now, therefore, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the land in the Marlborough Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, for the improvement and protection of the Opawa River.


SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Marlborough Land District, containing by admeasurement 23 acres 3 roods 25 perches, more or less, being the eastern portions of Sections No. 13 and 14, Block XVI, Cloudy Bay Survey District. Commencing at a point marked A (shown on plan hereinafter referred to) on the eastern side of a public road, distant 669·2 links north of the northernmost corner of the western portion of Section No. 13, Block XVI, Cloudy Bay Survey District, and being bounded thence towards the north-east by the Opawa River to point marked B (shown on plan hereinafter referred to) on the northern side of old Renwick Road; towards the south by the last-mentioned road, 1743·9 links; and towards the south-west by right lines bounding the west portions of Sections Nos. 14 and 13 of the said Block XVI, 1918·6 links, and by a public road, 669·2 links, to point A, the place of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 49340/30, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-sixth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and nine.

WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first section of “The Land Act, 1908,” it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:

Now, therefore, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the land in the Westland Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, for a site for a public school.


SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Westland Land District, containing by admeasurement 3 roods 1·58 perches, more or less, being Sections Nos. 17, 18, and 19 (Reserve 1130), Township of Roa. Bounded towards the north-west by Section No. 16, Township of Roa, 299·65 links; towards the north-east by Paparoa Street, 303 links; towards the south by pack-track, 315·44 links; and towards the south-west by Crown land, 204·25 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 5243/2, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-sixth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and nine.
