A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of "The Land Act, 1908," I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consent of the owners of the lands mentioned in the First Schedule hereto, and of the Otamatea County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said lands are situated, proclaim as a

road the lands in Waipu and Otamatea Survey Districts and also do hereby, with the like consents as aforesaid, proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, which is not required by reason of the road first hereinbefore proclaimed.

Lands taken for Street Purposes in the Borough of Woolston.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS the lands mentioned in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken, under "The Public Works Act, 1908," for a certain work, to wit, for street purposes in the Borough of Woolston:

And whereas the Council of the Borough of Woolston has laid before the Governor a memorial, accompanied by a map, and also the statutory declaration, as required by the said Act:

Now, therefore, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise and in pursuance of the powers and authorities in me vested by "The Municipal Corporations Act, 1908," and "The Public Works Act, 1908," and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in that behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that, from and after the date of the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, the lands mentioned in the Schedule hereto are hereby taken for street purposes in the Borough of Woolston, and shall vest in the Corporation of the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Woolston.
