Land temporarily reserved for the Use of the Department of Agriculture in the Auckland Land District.
PLUNKET, Governor.
WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first section of “The Land Act, 1908,” it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:
Now, therefore, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the land in the Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, for the use of the Department of Agriculture.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 6 acres and 37 perches, more or less, being Section No. 8, Block V, Rangaroa Village Settlement. Bounded towards the north by Section No. 7, Block V, of said village; towards the east by Ohura South G. No. 4 Block, and by the Railway Department’s Water-supply Reserve; towards the south by Section No. 9 of said Block V; and towards the west by a road: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 7400/4, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this seventh day of July, one thousand nine hundred and nine.

Bounded towards the north by Section No. 3, Block XII, Otanake Survey District; towards the south-east by Aorangi No. 3 Block (Native land); towards the south-west by Karu-o-te-Whenua B No. 5A Block (Native land); and towards the west generally by a road: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 5284/1A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
All that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 583 acres 1 rood 23 perches, more or less, being Section No. 7, Block XII, Opotiki Survey District. Bounded towards the north generally by Section No. 1, Block XII, Opotiki Survey District, and Section No. 346 of the Parish of Waioeka; towards the east generally by a road; towards the south-east by Section No. 8 of aforesaid Block XII; and towards the west generally by Sections Ncs. 6, 12, 2, and 11 of Block XII aforesaid: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 5284/1B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
All that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 399 acres 1 rood 22 perches, more or less, being Section No. 10, Block VI, Otanake Survey District. Bounded towards the north by the Maraetawa No. 2B Block (Native land); towards the east by the Maraetawa No. 1 Block (Native land); towards the south by the Maraetawa
No. 3 Block (Native land); and towards the west by Sections Nos. 9 and 11, Block VI, Otanake Survey District: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 5284/1C, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
All that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 1,748 acres, more or less, being Section No. 3, Block VIII, Opotiki Survey District. Bounded on the north and east generally by the Waiawa Road; towards the south and again towards the east by Section No. 2, Block XIII, Waiawa Survey District; again towards the south by Section No. 12 of said Block XIII, and Allotment 341, Parish of Waioeka; and towards the west generally by Allotment 371A, the abutment of a road, and Allotment 371 of the said parish, by Section No. 1, Block VIII, Opotiki Survey District, by a road, and by Allotment No. 362, Parish of Waioeka: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 5284/1D, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
All that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 1,410 acres 1 rood 24 perches, more or less, being Section No. 1, Block II, Waioeka South Survey District. Bounded towards the north generally by Section No. 2, Block XIV, Waioeka Survey District, the abutment of a road, and Oponae Stream, and by Section No. 5, Block XV, of said district; towards the east generally by Section No. 9, Block III, Waioeka South Survey District; towards the south-east generally by the road reserve, 100 links wide, along the bank of the Wairata Stream; and towards the west by a forest reserve: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 5284/1E, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

All that area in the Nelson Land District, containing by admeasurement 670 acres, more or less, and being Section No. 3, Block IX, Matiri Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west and north by Section No. 2, Block IX, Matiri Survey District; towards the east by the road forming the western boundary of Section No. 4 (village reserve) of the said block; towards the south generally by Section No. 5 of the said block; and towards the north-west by a right line connecting Trig. Stations ME and L: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 5319/1B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
