SCHEDULE.
ALL that parcel of land, containing by admeasurement 1,865 acres, more or less, situated in the Harataunga Survey District, in the Land District of Auckland, and known as Moehau No. 2A No. 2B Block. Bounded towards the north by Crown land, towards the east by Whareroa Stream, towards the south generally by Mangatu and Mataiterangi Streams, Section 1, Block IX, Harataunga Survey District, and again by Mangatu Stream and Moehau No. 2C Block, and towards the west generally by Crown lands.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this fifth day of July, 1909.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section four of "The Native Land Settlement Act, 1907," it is enacted that, when and as often as the Commission referred to therein has reported to the Governor that any Native land is not required for occupation by the Maori owners, and is available for sale or leasing, it shall be lawful for the Governor by Order in Council to declare that such land shall be subject to Part I of the said Act as from the date of such Order, and the same shall thereupon become, and at all times thereafter remain, subject to the said Part I of the said Act accordingly:
And whereas the said Commission has reported that the Native lands specified in the Schedule hereto are not required for occupation by the Maori owners, and are available for sale or leasing:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers in this behalf vested in him by the aforesaid section four, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council thereof, doth hereby declare that the Native lands specified in the Schedule hereto shall, as from the date of this Order, be subject to Part I of "The Native Land Settlement Act, 1907."
SCHEDULE.
ALL that parcel of land, containing by admeasurement 394 acres, more or less, situated in the Takahue Survey District, in the Land District of Auckland, and known as Oturu Block. Bounded towards the east generally by the Oinu Stream, Section No. 36 of the Parish of Mangatete, the Waipokapoka Stream, Section 24 of the Parish of Mangatete, the termination of the road, Sections Nos. 16 and 15 of the Parish of Mangatete, the crossing of a road, and Section No. 7 of the Parish of Mangatete; towards the south by Section No. 16 of Block V, Takahue Survey District, and Old Land Claim No. 675; and towards the north-west by Oturu No. 1 Block.
All that parcel of land, containing by admeasurement 89 acres, more or less, situated in the Takahue Survey District, in the Land District of Auckland, and known as Okakewai A Block. Bounded towards the north by Te Kauri Block; towards the north-east by Crown land; towards the south by Okakewai C and D Blocks; and towards the west by a road.
All that parcel of land, containing by admeasurement 309 acres 2 roods 19 perches, more or less, situated in the Takahue Survey District, in the Land District of Auckland, and known as Okakewai B Block. Bounded towards the north-east by the Waitarare Stream; towards the east by a road, the crossing of a road, and again by the road; towards the south-east by Crown land; and towards the west generally by the Takahue River.
All that parcel of land, containing by admeasurement 191 acres 2 roods 24 perches, more or less, situated in the Takahue Survey District, in the Land District of Auckland, and known as Okakewai C Block. Bounded towards the north generally by Okakewai A Block and Crown land; towards the east and south by Okakewai E Block; and towards the west by Okakewai D Block.
All that parcel of land, containing by admeasurement 309 acres 1 rood 31 perches, more or less, situated in the Takahue Survey District, in the Land District of Auckland, and known as Okakewai D Block. Bounded towards the north by Okakewai A Block; towards the east by Okakewai C and E Blocks; towards the south-east by Crown land; and towards the west by a road.
All that parcel of land, containing by admeasurement 604 acres 1 rood 6 perches, more or less, situated in the Takahue Survey District, in the Land District of Auckland, and known as Okakewai E Block. Bounded towards the north-east by Crown land; towards the south-east generally by a forest reserve and Crown land; and towards the north-west generally by Okakewai D and C Blocks.
All that parcel of land, containing by admeasurement 547 acres 3 roods, more or less, situated in the Parengarenga and Muriwhenua Survey Districts, in the Land District of Auckland, and known as Ohao No. 2B Block. Bounded towards the north-east by Ohao No. 2C Block; towards the south generally by Parengarenga Harbour; towards the south-west generally by Ohao No. 1 Block and the Parengarenga Harbour aforesaid; and towards the north-west by Ohao No. 2A and Mokaikai Blocks.
All that parcel of land, containing by admeasurement 324 acres 2 roods, more or less, situated in the Parengarenga and Muriwhenua Survey Districts, in the Land District of Auckland, and known as Ohao No. 2C Block. Bounded towards the east generally and south-east generally by the ocean; towards the south-west by Ohao No. 2B Block; and towards the north-west by the Mokaikai Block and the Otuo Native Reserve.
All that parcel of land, containing by admeasurement 197 acres, more or less, situated in the Takahue Survey District, in the Land District of Auckland, and known as Oharae Block. Bounded towards the east generally by the Kaitaia River and the Oharae Stream, the crossing of a road, and again by the Oharae Stream; towards the south-west by Crown land; and towards the north-west by the Perukia Block, the crossing of a road, and again by the Perukia Block.
All that parcel of land, containing by admeasurement 202 acres 3 roods 24 perches, more or less, situated in the Takahue Survey District, in the Land District of Auckland, and known as Patiki No. 1 Block. Bounded towards the north-west by a scenic reserve; towards the east and south by Crown land, the crossing of a road, and again by Crown land; and towards the west generally by the Takahue River, the crossing of a road, and again by the Takahue River.
All that parcel of land, containing by admeasurement 115 acres and 22 perches, more or less, situated in the Rangaunu Survey District, in the Land District of Auckland, and known as Parapara West No. 1 Block. Bounded towards the south-east by Parapara East Block; towards the south-west by Parapara West No. 2 Block; and towards the north-west generally by the Koturetuwhenua Creek and Crown land.
All that parcel of land, containing by admeasurement 115 acres and 25 perches, more or less, situated in the Rangaunu Survey District, in the Land District of Auckland, and known as Parapara West No. 3 Block. Bounded towards the north-east by Parapara West No. 2 Block; towards the south-east by Parapara East Block; and towards the south-west generally by the Waiwhakahirere and Koturetuwhenua Creeks.
All that parcel of land, containing by admeasurement 41 acres, more or less, situated in the Takahue Survey District, in the Land District of Auckland, and known as Te Hororoa Block. Bounded on all sides by Crown land.
All that parcel of land, containing by admeasurement 60 acres, more or less, situated in the Takahue Survey District, in the Land District of Auckland, and known as Konoti A No. 4 North Block. Bounded towards the north generally by Sections Nos. 4 and 5 of Block III, Takahue Survey District; towards the south-east by Konoti A No. 5 North and South Blocks; towards the south-west by Konoti A No. 4 South Nos. 1 and 2 Blocks; and towards the north-west by Konoiti A No. 3 Block.
All that parcel of land, containing by admeasurement 50 acres, more or less, situated in the Takahue Survey District, in the Land District of Auckland, and known as Konoti A No. 5 North Block. Bounded towards the north generally by Section No. 5 of Block III, Takahue Survey District; towards the south-east by Konoti B No. 1 North and B No. 1 South-east Blocks; towards the south-west by Konoti A No. 5 South Block; and towards the north-west by Konoti A No. 4 North Block.
