Now, therefore, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the
Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise and
performance of the powers and authorities me vested by
“The Public Works Act, 1908,” and of every other power
and authority enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim
and declare that the land mentioned in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a road, and also for
struction of a road diversion in connection with and road
approach to the North Island Main Trunk Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use
and convenience of the railways of the North Island
Main Trunk Railway to take certain land in Block IX,
Huaua Survey District, in addition to land previously
taken for railway-purposes in that locality.
Now, therefore, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the
Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of
the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections
Twenty-six and Twenty-seven of “The Public Works Act, 1908,”
and of every other power
and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in
the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above
mentioned.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section one hundred and six of “The Land Act, 1908,” I, William
Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New
Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a public road the several
lands mentioned in the First Schedule hereto, and of the
several lands in the Second Schedule hereto in the Hauraki
district the said lands are situated, proclaim as a road the
lands in the Second Schedule hereto described, and proclaim
as aforesaid, proclaim as closed the road described in the
Second Schedule hereto, and to be diverted by reason of the
road first hereinbefore proclaimed.
