Lands proclaimed as a Road, and Road closed, in Blocks I,
II, and III, Norsewood Survey District, Dannevirke
County.

By His Excellency’s Command,
JAMES PRENDERGAST.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred
Lee, by section eleven of “The Land Act, 1908,” I, William
Pankhurst, Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do
hereby, with the consent of the registered
mortgagees of the Crown lands mentioned in the First
Schedule hereto, and with the consent of the local body
being the local authority in whose district the said lands
are situated (Norsewood County Council), do declare that
Norsewood Survey Districts described in the First Schedule
hereto, shall be public roads; and also do declare that
Norsewood Survey Districts described in the Second
Schedule hereto, which is not required by reason of the
road first hereinbefore proclaimed.

more particularly delineated on the plans numbered and
coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office
of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, or the
Wellington Land District.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right
Honourable William Lee, Baron Plunket, Knight
Commander of the Most Distinguished Order
of Saint Michael and Saint George, Knight
Commander of the Royal Victorian Order, Go-
vernor and Commander-in-Chief in and over
His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its
Dependencies, and issued under the Seal of the
said Dominion, at the Government House, at
Wellington, this eighth day of June, in the
year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and
nine.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by
section eleven of “The Land Act, 1908,” I, William
Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New

Zealand, do hereby, with the consent of the owners and
mortgagees of the Crown lands mentioned in the First Schedule
hereto, and of the Whakatane County Council, being the
local authority in whose district the said lands are situated,
proclaim as a road the lands in Waimana Survey District
described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do declare
that the lands in the said Waimana Survey District described
road described in the Second Schedule hereto, which is
not required by reason of the road first hereinbefore pro
claimed.
