Land temporarily reserved for a Site for a Public Cemetery in the Auckland Land District.

WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first section of "The Land Act, 1908," it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:

Now, therefore, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the land in the Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, for a site for a public cemetery.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 10 acres and 21 perches, more or less, being Section No. 245 of the Parish of Mangawai. Bounded towards the north-east by a public road; and towards the south-east, south-west, and north-west by the Mangawai No. 3 Kauri-gum Reserve : as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 1525/8, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-eighth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and nine.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-eighth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and nine.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-eighth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and nine.

Lands temporarily reserved for the Purposes of a Drain in the Auckland Land District.

WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first section of "The Land Act, 1908," it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 roods 28 perches, more or less, being a drain, 20 ft. wide, running along the northern boundary of Section No. 2, Block III, Te Tumu Survey District. Bounded towards the north by Section No. 15, Block III, Te Tumu Survey District, and Section No. 7, Block IV, of said district, 2227'5 links; towards the east by Section No. 7 aforesaid, 42'2 links; towards the south generally by right lines, 17'1 and 2215'3 links respectively; and towards the west by Section No. 1, Block III aforesaid, 30'3 links : be all the aforesaid linkages more or less : as the same is delineated and marked A.B. on the plan marked L. 7206/6, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

All that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 2 roods 1 perch, more or less, being a drain, 20 ft. wide, intersecting Section No. 6, Block IV, Te Tumu Survey District; running from a point on the northern boundary of that section, distant 1726'7 links from its north-western corner, on a bearing of 134ยฐ 11' and distance 4992'1 links to a point on the eastern boundary of the said Section No. 6, distant 2294'3 links from its south-eastern corner : be all the aforesaid linkages more or less : as the same is delineated and marked C.D. on the plan marked L. 7206/6, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

As witness my hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-eighth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and nine.
