IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it on
that behalf by “The Local Bodies’ Consolidated Loans
Act, 1908,” and sections 97 and 123 of “The Counties
Consolidated Act, 1908,” and section 48, subsection (e), of
“The Rating Consolidated Act, 1908,” the Hokianga County
Council hereby resolves as follows:—
